The lunch was delicious. Naruto declared Daikaioh his second favorite Kai while Shin was his first favorite Kai. In the middle of lunch as he ate, suddenly he remembered a Kai he wanted to adopt before they left for the mission, looking at this Kai and other Kai, they are the same.

Naruto's day couldn't be better, he will make sure his younger self adopts this cutie Kai while he goes back to his timeline and wrestles with his sensei to let him adopt another Kai.

Hard to believe it, he would meet a mini version of the Kai he wanted to adopt in his timeline that was the same one in this timeline.

Daikaioh and Whis were having conversations. Pretty much about him, He just focused on Shin telling him a story he knew and even promised to take him out for ramen. Ah shit, ever since he came here, he hasn't tasted the ramen! What a scandal!

How could he forget his ramen?! Naruto swore he was gonna let a healer take a look at him-

Wait, didn't Kakashi say Tsunade left the village?

"Naruto?"

He looks down at Shin who is sitting on his lap and looks up at him with his wide adorable eyes. "What's wrong?"

'Oh my god, he's adorable!!!' Naruto internally squeals.

Shin wince. "N-Not loud...And I am not cute!"

Naruto blinked. "Huh? Wait! you can read my mind??"

Shin nod. "I can. Your thoughts are very loud...And I am not cute"

"You are cute!"

"No, I am not"

"Yes"

"No"

"Yes!"

Shin shakes his head and pouts, crossing his arms trying to be angry but he just becomes more adorable. "No!"

Naruto just hugs him and squeals. "AHHH!! Damn it! Be my son!!"

Whis and Daikaioh watch their interaction with bemusement. Daikaioh looks at Whis. "Well, We can depart now after I put young Shin to bed"

Whis nod. "Take your time"

Daikaioh stands up. "Shin! Time for bed!"

Shin, stiff hearing this, leans back against Naruto and grabs his sleeve. "Now...?" He asks.

"Yes, Child, I need to take them to their destination and you cannot come with me"

"....okay..."

Naruto felt like someone punched him in the face seeing Shin's ears drop and trying to hide his sadness. Not on his watch!

"Hey, I promise I will come back and you might find a friend where I will take you to ramen! Believe it!" Naruto held his pinkie to him. "It's a Pinkie promise!"

Shin stares at his pinkie and wraps his own Pinkie with his. He looks at him smiling wide. "A Pinkie promise!"

Naruto grins and ruffles his hair. "Yeah!"

Shin giggles.

Daikaioh smiles wide seeing this, perhaps it wouldn't be a bad decision, the kids around Shin's age are hard to find and even if he does find them, the young ones bully Shin. Now, Young Shin looks happy and playing with outsiders. He isn't even shy now.

'Only way to break his shell...' Daikaioh thought walking over to them, he picked Shin up and earned a giggle from him. 'Is to let him explore...'

Naruto gets up from the ground, Watching Daikaioh walking off with Shin who waves at him and they teleport away. Naruto smiles dimly seeing him leave and sighs. "I already miss him"

"Don't you have Shin in your timeline?"

"Yeah, I met him, I just didn't recognize him quickly. I did ask to adopt him but Kurama didn't allow me. Hehe! I am gonna get this little guy to meet my younger version, I am gonna let him adopt this cutie, believe it!"

Whis sweat drops. "How would your younger self adopt him? You do realize mortals' and gods' lifespan is different???"

Naruto opens his mouth to tell him but shuts It as he realizes something and frowns. "Huh, logical question" Then he grins. "However, I know you would love a mini-version of myself the moment you see him! You can't resist my cuteness!"

Whis snorted. "I can't resist your predictions..."

"Hehehe!"

Daikaioh returned. "Shall we go?"

"Yes, Naruto hold his hand"

"Sure!"

Whis grabbed Daikaioh's shoulder while Naruto grabbed his hand, Daikaioh lets them and said "Kai Kai"

They disappeared.

Daikaioh, Whis, and Naruto appear in Zeno's realm.

Naruto realizes something as he lets go of Daikaioh's hand and glares at Whis. "I can't believe you tricked me! Hold his hand?! While you hold his shoulder!"

Whis laughs. "Oho! I am amazed you realized it after we arrived here"

Daikaioh chuckle.

Naruto crosses his arms and pouts. "Meanie!"

They heard footsteps, looking in the direction where a figure approached them. It was none other than Grand Minister, Daishinkan.

Whis, Daikaioh, and Naruto bow instantly. "Grand minister"

Daishinkan smiled, however his gaze was locked onto the mortal who bowed before him and straight up. A demiGod? It's been ages since he saw one.

"Greetings, What brings you all here? I do not think we have met before?"

Naruto steps forward seeing that the last line is aimed at him, he pulls out the scroll from his pocket and hands It over to him. "Sir, My name is Naruto Uzumaki, I am from another timeline, Grand Minister from my time wanted to pass a message to you"

Daishinkan can sense his print energy on the scroll, he takes It and unrolls it to read.

Naruto kept his voice respectful and straightforward. He cannot mess around with this version of his sensei, This guy doesn't know him well unlike Sensei.

The Grand Minister loves authority, and Naruto knows that respect and honor. He cannot disrespect him, or else his cheeks will get clapped. Worse, eliminated.

Daishinkan finished reading the letter his other version wrote him, He rolled back up the scroll holding It in his hand, and looked at Naruto. "I see" Hard to believe, all right. He didn't imagine he would train a mortal, before him, this child was his student. "You may do the changes as long as they aren't threatening to our realm"

Naruto bows. "Thank you, Grand minister. I do have a request. Please hear me out before you turn it down"

Daishinkan blink. "I am listening"

Naruto straight up and grins. "Thank you! Have you ever tried ramen before?"

Meanwhile, The village was still under construction, Minato had loads of paperwork to do, assign teammates, and handle Sand village politics. Kurama advises him not to do anything else, Right now, the Village needs manpower to take care of Sand village politics plus demand for Gaara to return to him which won't be happening.

Gaara was getting healed, his siblings had surrendered and locked tight in an apartment with ANBU surrounding the apartment outside and 24 hours on watch.

Kurama didn't know what was taking Naruto so long, Nonetheless, He got himself busy and taught Kid Naruto how to control his Chakra. It isn't an easy task.

Many people who died protecting the village were buried and families were heartbroken. Even young ones were killed during the battle.

Goku clenches his fist watching a family hugging their dead children and mourning for them. He feels helpless.

"Don't worry, we get the dragon balls and wish them back" Trunks mumbles standing beside him. "It wasn't just them who died...Zamasu had destroyed more villages...Naruto told us when he saved the other two Biju's...they told him what Zamasu and Towa did..."

Goku closes his eyes and turns around. "How long will it take for Naruto to come back?"

Trunks looked at him worried. "Kurama said Naruto had reached the Grand minster... Although I don't know what is he planning"

"Trunks!! Goku!!"

Goku and Trunks see Kid Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke running towards them.

"Oh hey! What's wrong?" Goku smiles seeing them. "Did you guys need any help?"

They stop in front of them. Sakura looks at Trunks. "W-We met Anko sensei, She said Orochimaru wants to meet you guys"

Trunks and Goku blink. "Huh?"

"Orochimaru? Why?"

"We don't know"

Kid Naruto huffs. "That creepy snake is up to something! Pervy sage and Dad had sealed off his chakra but he's still dangerous!"

Goku rubs his head trying to understand what this Orochimaru guy wants with them, he looks at Trunks to see what he says.

Trunks think. "Did he specifically ask for us?" He points at himself and Goku.

Sakura shakes his head. "All four of you, If you talk to him, he tells us the locations of his hidden lab experiments he did and some loopholes"

"So he made a deal," Trunks nods. "Let's go to Hokage tower, We need to ask Kurama first. He knows about the guy more than we do"

Sasuke tsk. "Waste of time"

Trunks ignores him, Naruto has told him before about his teammate how struck up he used to be and all about pride. Reminds him of his father in a way, Well, maybe NOT that well in a way.

Kid Naruto and Sakura seem to ignore what Sasuke said, All of them head towards the Hokage tower.
