Chapter 506 Ultimate Elixir

"Now, what should I do?" I pondered, contemplating a new plan.

Zod's death hadn't been part of my original scheme.

I had intended to take the Secret Backer route, extending a helping hand to him to spark a feud with Zelly, thus splitting the Zol Clan in half.

From there, I would orchestrate a dramatic Internal War Arc between them.

It was unfortunate that Zod's loose lips got him on my bad side, so he ended up suffering instead.

As I surveyed his lifeless body, or what remained of it after I ripped out his useless brain, a new plan began to take shape.

First, I set about repairing his body.

Then, I regenerated a new brain under my control, using the same process used in creating my androids.

Next, I implanted fabricated memories into it, specifically crafting a narrative where it harbored a deep-seated hatred for Zelly and regarded me as its god.

To enhance his authenticity, I retrieved the crystal I had recently discarded and extracted some of Zod's genuine memories.

These weren't the kind capable of cloning him; instead, they contained basic data, such as the names of people the new brain needed to become familiar with.

Afterward, I discarded Zod's filthy brain back into oblivion, letting it suffer for all eternity.

When everything was done, the body was completely restored, appearing identical prior to when I beat the shit out of it.

However, it was still dead, with its heart yet to resume beating. It required something to jolt it back to life.

I could have simply awakened it conventionally, but that seemed too mundane.

Instead, I decided to imbue the energy that would wake it up with some special effects.

"Aris..." I stopped, realizing that this catchphrase had been overused.

I refused to be like those second-rate protagonist from a fiction novel, merely copying others.

I temporarily attained godhood, for goodness' sake—I needed to be original.

My brain functioned at an accelerated rate, millions of catchphrases passing through my thoughts in a matter of seconds.

However, in the end, I failed to find any that satisfied me.

Sometimes, having too many options can make decisions even harder.

It was like having two games on my PC—I'd likely play the heck out of both.

Hell, I would even replay them multiple times to get different types of endings, just to satisfy my urge.

But if I had thousands to choose from, I'd probably only invest an hour in each before moving on to another.

Sometimes, less is indeed more.

"Wake up," I spoke with a heavy sigh.

When it opened its eyes, it bore all the habits of Zod's, but its gaze now fixated on me with reverence.

"Master," it bowed its head.

"Don't call me master. Call me Supreme Archmage, and speak to me casually," I commanded.

It nodded in acknowledgment .

Once everything was complete, I cleaned up the room, removing all traces of blood and other organs.

Then, I turned to Shao Mi and unfroze her sense of time.

"What happened? Why is he suddenly acting like that?" she asked, puzzled by Zod's sudden cooperative attitude.

"Magic," I chuckled, once again resorting to my old trick of blaming everything on magic.

She raised her eyebrows for a second, but then remembered that I was a magician, and considering her lack of knowledge about magic, she decided to accept everything I said at face value, reluctantly of course.

"Do you have a way to heal me?" she asked, hopping that I have the answer after witnessing all the amazing things I had shown her.

"I do," I answered confidently, but then I paused for a moment.

Raising my hand, I created a black barrier surrounding the both of us.

"Why the sudden barrier?" she questioned, her confusion evident in her tone.

"Because the answer to your question is something very personal to me and my world," I responded solemnly, my expression conveying the seriousness of the situation.

Her expression mirrored my seriousness as she locked eyes with me.

I could sense her desire to express gratitude for all the trouble but her pride held her back.

"This is about a magical mineral that could be called the Ultimate Elixir in our world," I began, setting the stage for the story.

"Ultimate Elixir?" she repeated, her eyes lighting up with interest at the mere mention of the words "Ultimate" and "Elixir" in the same sentence.

And who could blame her?

My naming sense was top-notch; heck, I could name my shit "Ultima Excreta" and have people lining up to admire it.

"That's right. This elixir can heal anyone and anything—incurable diseases, poison, curses, any type of illness could be remedied by this liquid," I explained, highlighting its miraculous properties.

"So, this Ultimate Elixir must be really rare, right?" she asked, her voice tinged with anxiety.

If an elixir this powerful really existed, it must be too difficult to find.

And since I hadn't offered it to her immediately, she assumed I didn't possess one or that I was not willing to waste it on her.

"It's really rare. In fact, it can't even be stored. You have to drink it right away the moment it got extracted" I added, emphasizing the elixir's unique and perishable nature.

"Extracted from what ?"

I touched my chin in contemplation before answering, adding a hint of suspense.

"The elixir can only be extracted through the liquid secreted by a powerful organism in my world. That organism is something beyond your imagination; its blood alone could revive the dead," I explained, letting the weight of the revelation sink in.

"Wait, something like that exists?" she exclaimed in shock.

"That's right, and it's also really huge, strong, and incredibly hard. It's something even the strongest in our world fear," I added, emphasizing the creature's formidable nature.

Her face turned ashen after I mentioned the organism's characteristics.

I had just informed her that in order for her to be cured, we needed to extract that liquid from a colossal behemoth.

"It's not worth it to fight something like that," she shook her head, realizing the danger.

"Fighting? Who said anything about fighting?" I asked, showing a puzzled expression.

"You said we need to extract that liquid from a very powerful and huge organism right ?" she asked, her eyebrows raised in confusion.

"Oh, I'm talking about my cock and my seme—"

SLAP!

Her palm struck me directly across the face as she realized I had been fooling her all along.
