Chapter 200: Ayaka Breaking Point
"What the hell are you doing here, bitch?!"
Ren's voice was a snarl, sharp and venomous as he grabbed Ayaka by the hair, yanking her toward him.
His fingers twisted into her locks, pulling hard enough to make her scalp burn.
"Where were you yesterday?!" he spat, his breath reeking of alcohol and rage. "And who the fuck was that bastard on the phone?! Are you cheating on me?!"
Ayaka barely had time to answer before his palm struck her cheek with a brutal slap, the force making her stagger.
"I—I'm sorry!" she choked out, her hands trembling as she held her stinging face.
Tears welled up in her eyes, spilling down her cheeks. "I won't do it again! I wasn't cheating on you!"
"Liar!" Ren seethed, his eyes wild with fury. He grabbed the front of her shirt, shoving her against the wall.
"Oh I know, you were with Haruto yesterday, weren't you?! You think I'm fucking stupid? You must be spreading your legs for that wimp!"
"No! I swear I wasn't!" Ayaka sobbed, shaking her head desperately.
Another punch.
The impact sent her crashing against the wall, her body crumpling onto the floor. Pain shot through her ribs as she gasped, struggling to catch her breath.
Ren loomed over her, his face twisted in rage. "DON'T YOU DARE USE THOSE FAKE TEARS ON ME! THEY WON'T WORK ANYMORE!"
His fingers dug into her scalp as he yanked her up by her hair, ignoring her cries of pain.
He dragged her across the cold, rough floor toward the hotel room, her nails scraping uselessly against the ground.
"NO! REN, PLEASE! STOP! IT HURTS!"
Ayaka shrieked, her hands clutching at his wrist, trying to loosen his grip.
"SHUT UP, WHORE!" Ren roared, stopping in front of a door.
With a powerful kick, he forced it open. The room was empty, a standard visitor suite—cold, lifeless, just like the man before her.
He threw her onto the bed with a growl. The mattress bounced under her weight, but before she could scramble away, Ren was on top of her, his hands pinning her wrists.
"I'LL TEACH YOU A LESSON SO YOU NEVER THINK ABOUT BETRAYING ME AGAIN!"
Ayaka's blood ran cold.
"NO! HELP ME! PLEASE!"
She thrashed against his hold, her screams piercing the air, but the only response was Ren's laughter—cruel and mocking.
Haruto's hand clenched around the table knuckles turning white as Ayaka's terrified screams rang through the speaker.
His heart pounded, a cold rage settling into his bones.
His vision blurred with fury. His breath came out ragged.
Then—
SLAM!
The entire room shook as Haruto slammed his fists onto the table, pushing himself up so fast the chair screeched against the floor.
His entire body burned with unrestrained wrath.
He grabbed his jacket. He was going.
But before he could take a step, Enji was in front of him, grabbing his arm in a tight grip.
"Stop," Enji ordered, voice sharp. "If you go now, you'll ruin everything. We have a plan—"
"Fuck the plan!" Haruto snarled, ripping his arm away. His eyes burned with fury.
"That bastard—I swear I'll fucking kill him!"
And with that, he stormed out.
He didn't wait for Enji's response. His body moved on instinct, feet pounding against the floor as he rushed toward the door, his mind filled with nothing but Ayaka's screams.
"FUCK YOU, REN!"
Bursting into the night, Haruto yanked open his car door and threw himself inside, slamming it shut with enough force to make the vehicle shake.
His fingers trembled as he jammed the key into the ignition, his jaw clenched so tightly it ached.
The engine roared to life, but the sound was nothing compared to the deafening fury boiling inside him.
His grip on the steering wheel tightened, knuckles turning white.
"Hang in there, Ayaka," he growled, slamming his foot onto the gas.
"Don't die on me."
The tires screeched against the pavement as he sped off into the night, racing toward that cursed hotel—toward Ren.
***
Ayaka knew exactly what Ren was about to do. She had endured his abuse before—painful, degrading, violating. But this time, she refused to let it happen.
Not when she had finally found her prince. Her Haruto.
Her body was only for him now. No one else. Never again.
But the problem was Ren was stronger, crueler, and if she fought back, he'd only become more violent.
Her role as a spy would be ended, she would be useless, and she couldn't just run away and declare to the world that she belonged to Haruto.
But I don't want to be touched by another man anymore.
Tears blurred her vision as she trembled on the bed, her body flinching when she saw Ren standing naked before her.
In his hand, a leather whip dangled menacingly, the dim hotel light reflecting off its coiled length.
"FUCKING BITCH! DON'T YOU DARE CHEAT ON ME!"
With a savage crack, the whip lashed against her skin.
Ayaka barely held in a scream, shielding herself with her arms, but the thin fabric of her shirt did nothing.
Pain seared through her body, and soon, warm blood trickled down her arms.
"Stop… please stop…" she whimpered, her voice barely above a whisper.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"
Ren's rage exploded as he grabbed her by the hair, yanking her head up so she was forced to look into his furious, bloodshot eyes.
"YOU THINK YOU CAN TALK BACK TO ME NOW?!"
A hard slap landed across her face, sending her vision spinning. Her ears rang.
Ren's hands roamed over her body, his grip rough and possessive. He tore at her clothes, his hot breath making her stomach churn in disgust.
Something inside Ayaka snapped.
Her fingers scrambled in her pocket, searching for it—there!
With a desperate motion, she yanked out a canister and pressed the nozzle.
A sharp hiss—then Ren screamed.
"ARGHHH! YOU FUCKING BITCH!" He reeled back, clawing at his burning eyes as the pepper spray worked its magic.
Ayaka didn't waste a second.
She bolted.
Barefoot, her body aching, her clothes in tatters—none of it mattered. She just had to run.
Behind her, Ren's furious roar echoed through the hallway.
"DON'T LET THAT BITCH ESCAPE!"
Doors slammed open. His men stumbled out, confused and sluggish, giving Ayaka just enough time to slip past them.
Her legs burned. Her breath came in ragged gasps. But then—
There.
The exit.
And standing outside, waiting for her—
"Haruto!"
Relief crashed over her like a tidal wave. She sprinted toward him, her body trembling, her lips parting as desperate words tumbled out.
"H-Help me… Haruto…"
His arms wrapped around her immediately, pulling her close, shielding her from the world.
"You're safe now." His voice was firm, protective, filled with an unshakable promise.
His warmth seeped into her frozen limbs, calming the storm inside her.
But his grip on her tightened. His jaw clenched.
Because he wasn't just holding Ayaka.
He was holding back the fury inside him—the raging inferno that demanded blood.
Behind them, Ren's men burst through the doors, but before they could reach her, Haruto had already swept Ayaka into the car.
The engine roared to life.
Haruto's foot slammed on the gas. The tires screeched against the pavement as they tore away from that cursed hotel, leaving Ren's lackeys in the dust.
Relief washed over him, but it did nothing to extinguish the burning rage inside.
'That bastard.'
Haruto gripped the wheel, his knuckles turning white. He knew what he had to do.
Ren wouldn't get away with this.
He'd make sure of it.
'The underground ring.'
A cold, merciless smirk curled on Haruto's lips.
"Let's see how tough you are when you're begging for your life."
