Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

Half an hour later, the confrontation with Ōtsutsuki Urashiki reached its conclusion.

"I see," Urashiki said with a resigned tone. "Since I have no choice but to trust you, I will. I hope you'll keep your word."

With that, Urashiki retreated into the contract, his energy fading from Shisui's body.

"That's... it?" Naruto asked, blinking in surprise. He had expected Urashiki to resist until the bitter end. "He actually agreed to that?"

Reiki chuckled. "Yes. When you hold an absolute advantage, even the most stubborn opponent will consider their options carefully."

Reiki turned to face the two boys. "Alright, now for a special test to gauge your strength. Come at me with everything you've got."

Naruto and Sasuke exchanged glances, excitement bubbling in their eyes.

"Got it!" Naruto shouted, his hands clenching into fists.

In an instant, Naruto activated Kurama's chakra cloak. At the same time, his Sage Mode emerged—but instead of the typical toad-like features, his eyes gleamed with golden, slit pupils. His aura exuded power unlike anything Reiki had seen from him before.

"I'm really excited to fight you, sensei!" Naruto said with a grin. "But don't go easy on us, okay? We'll show you what we've got!"

Sasuke drew his long blade, his Mangekyō Sharingan glowing red. Around him, a layer of Senjutsu-enhanced chakra appeared in the form of a light purple aura.

Though it resembled the chakra of the three Great Sage Lands, there was something unfamiliar about it, something unique.

Reiki raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Not bad. You've both trained well. But let's see how much that training has really paid off."

"Heavenly Hand Power!"

Before Reiki could finish his thought, Sasuke disappeared and reappeared behind him. At the same time, Naruto launched a Wind Release: Rasenshuriken directly at Reiki's original position.

The attack struck, creating an explosion of dust and chakra that engulfed the battlefield.

"Sasuke, be careful," Naruto warned. "The teacher isn't going down that easily."

"Multiple Shadow Clone Technique!"

Hundreds of Naruto clones appeared, each forming a Rasengan.

"Immortal Art: Multi-Jade Rasengan!" Naruto shouted as his clones charged into the dust cloud, slamming the Rasengan one after another into Reiki's presumed position.

"Susanoo!"

Sasuke activated his Susanoo, summoning a longbow. Black flame arrows—enhanced with Amaterasu—rained down in rapid succession.

The two boys coordinated their attacks seamlessly, their techniques honed through countless battles. But as their strikes landed, their senses told them one thing: Reiki wasn't even scratched.

"Kurama, let's combine our strength!" Naruto called.

Behind him, a massive Nine-Tails shadow materialized, forming two immense Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken in its hands.

"Senjutsu: Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken!"

Naruto hurled the massive projectiles as Sasuke augmented them with Amaterasu, creating a devastating combination.

The twin spiraling black-flamed shurikens collided with the dust cloud, sending shockwaves rippling through the area.

"You two... sure don't hold back," came Reiki's voice, calm and amused, as a dark figure emerged from the smoke.

Reiki stood clad in golden armor riddled with marks from the boys' attacks. In his left hand was the Spear of Annihilation, and in his right, the Sky-Breaking Blade. Black wings unfurled behind him, their edges glowing ominously.

The dazzling light from the armor's chestplate only added to his overwhelming presence.

Naruto gaped. "Teacher! That's not fair—you brought backup! How are we supposed to fight against your 'young ladies' helping you out?"

Reiki smirked. "Don't complain. This is a test, not a game. Let's see how you handle the pressure."

Sasuke steadied himself, his voice calm. "The teacher's current strength isn't the same as his future strength. We still have a chance—if we fight smart."

But before Sasuke could finish, Reiki thrust the Spear of Annihilation, cracking Sasuke's Susanoo with a single strike.

"You had your chance earlier," Reiki said. "But now, you've lost your opening."

With a thunderous crack, Sasuke's Susanoo shattered completely. Reiki moved faster than Sasuke could react, landing a powerful kick that sent him flying.

"Sasuke!" Naruto shouted, his voice filled with concern.

"You're next, Naruto."

Before Naruto could react, Reiki appeared in front of him and delivered a swift kick to his stomach. The blow was so powerful it bypassed Naruto's chakra cloak, injuring both him and Kurama.

Naruto was launched into the dust cloud, his figure disappearing from sight.

Reiki stood tall, brushing off the dust from his armor. "Not bad, you two. But you're still far from ready to face the threats that lie ahead."

Sasuke groaned, picking himself up. "He didn't even break a sweat..."

Naruto crawled out from the dust cloud, clutching his stomach. "Teacher, you don't pull punches, huh?"

Reiki chuckled. "Not when it comes to training. Now get up—we're just getting started."

Though battered and bruised, Naruto and Sasuke exchanged determined glances. They weren't about to back down.

The real fight was only beginning.
