Chapter 1: Naruto: Check out these scenes! #1

When Naruto opened his eyes again, the familiar sight of his office was gone. Instead, he found himself standing in a vast, endless void.

"Where... is this?" he murmured, scanning his surroundings with a confused expression. He distinctly remembered being in the Hokage's office just moments ago.

Before he could make sense of his situation, a familiar yet strangely matured voice called out from behind him.

"Dad?! Is that really you?"

Naruto turned around swiftly, his eyes widening in surprise. Standing before him was a blond young man—taller, older, and with a deep scar running across his right eye. Despite the differences, Naruto recognized him instantly.

"Boruto? What the—why do you look so... different?"

Boruto's lips trembled as he took a shaky step forward. He had been holding in his emotions for too long. Without hesitation, he threw himself into his father's arms, gripping the fabric of Naruto's cloak tightly.

"I... I thought I'd never see you again," Boruto choked out, his voice barely above a whisper.

Naruto, sensing the immense sorrow in his son's heart, placed a gentle hand on Boruto's back and whispered reassuringly, "It's okay. I'm here."

Realizing how uncharacteristically emotional he was being, Boruto quickly pulled away, his face burning red. "Tch! That was just... a moment of weakness! Don't get the wrong idea!"

Naruto simply chuckled. The sight of Boruto's flustered expression warmed his heart, a reminder that some things never change. Before he could press Boruto for answers, a sudden blue light flickered around them. One after another, figures materialized in the void.

Naruto's eyes widened in shock as he took in the faces around him. "Sasuke?! Granny Tsunade?! Gaara?!" He turned, his gaze bouncing from one person to the next. "What the hell is going on?!"

More and more familiar figures appeared—former Kages, legendary shinobi, and even those who had long since passed. Hashirama Senju, Tobirama, Madara Uchiha, Hiruzen Sarutobi... the list went on.

Onoki, still adjusting to his sudden arrival, scowled. "What is this place?!"

A woman with short black hair stepped forward, her eyes widening in shock. "Old man?! Why do you look younger?!"

Onoki froze, his expression shifting from confusion to disbelief. "Kurotsuchi?! But... why do you look older? And what's with that Tsuchikage hat?!"

Not far away, Madara Uchiha regained his composure and scoffed. "Tch. This isn't Edo Tensei. Something is different..."

Before anyone could piece together what was happening, a booming voice echoed from the heavens.

[Ding! Welcome, mighty shinobi, to the Great Inventory System!]

The moment the announcement was made, a massive light screen appeared in the sky. A mechanical voice continued to explain:

[This system has gathered the strongest ninja across time and space. Here, we will review some of the most legendary moments in shinobi history. Those featured will receive various rewards—be it resurrection, new techniques, or other powerful gifts.]

[Additionally, random quizzes will appear. Answer correctly, and you'll be rewarded. Answer incorrectly... and you'll face punishment.]

Madara scoffed, crossing his arms. "Hmph. A meaningless game played by weaklings. None of you can challenge me."

Hashirama clapped a hand on Madara's shoulder, grinning. "Oh, come on, Madara! No need to be so grumpy. This could be fun!"

Madara swatted Hashirama's hand away. "Keep your sentimental nonsense to yourself!"

Meanwhile, Tsunade approached Hashirama, her eyes wide with disbelief. "Grandpa?!"

Hashirama blinked, then broke into a wide grin. "Tsuna! It's been forever! How are things in Konoha?!"

Tsunade placed her hands on her hips. "I'm the Fifth Hokage now."

"Ehhh?! Fifth Hokage?Eh, the village's finance are doing well, right...?"

For a brief moment, an image of Tsunade gambling away fortunes at the casino flickered in Hashirama's mind, and his expression darkened.

Tsunade scowled. "Oi! I know what you're thinking, and I'm telling you—it's NOT like that!"

Before she could strangle him, Naruto stepped in. "Relax, Granny Tsunade. She did a great job as Hokage."

Hashirama's gaze shifted to Naruto. "Hmm? And who are you?"

Naruto scratched the back of his head, grinning. "Oh, right! I'm the Seventh Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto!"

Hashirama's jaw dropped. "Seventh?!" His expression quickly turned proud. "Konoha must be doing well if we've made it this far!"

"Naruto? Didn't you just get back to the village?" Tsunade narrowed her eyes, piecing things together. "Wait… something's not right."

Tobirama, who had been silently observing, crossed his arms. "It's obvious. We've all been pulled from different points in time."

[Ding! Correct. Each of you comes from different timelines, so don't be alarmed.]

Izuna scoffed. "Hah! A fool could also figure that out."

Tobirama shot him a cold glare. "A defeated fool should know when to stay silent."

Izuna bristled. "Why you—!"

[Ding! Warning: Combat is currently prohibited. A designated battle arena will be opened later. Until then, hold your grudges.]

Izuna gritted his teeth but ultimately relented, huffing. "Fine. You got lucky."

Meanwhile, Sasuke had finally spotted a familiar figure in the crowd. "Nii-san...Itachi, long time no see..."

Itachi turned at the sound of his name, his usually stoic expression softening. "Sasuke... you've grown."

Despite his blurred vision, Itachi could tell that his younger brother had become grown well. His chest swelled with relief—Sasuke had survived the darkness that once threatened to consume him.

But before the brothers could say more, another voice called out to them.

"Itachi?! Sasuke?!"

The brothers turned simultaneously, and their eyes widened in shock. The figures standing before them were the ones they had longed to see again for years.

"Tosan! Kaasan!"

Elsewhere, Minato and Kushina, fresh from the moment of their deaths, blinked in confusion. The last thing they remembered was the Nine-Tails' claws piercing their bodies. Now, they stood whole, unharmed.

"Minato… what's happening?"

[Ding! Fatal injuries have been healed to ensure all participants are in peak condition.]

Boruto touched his scar and muttered, "So that's why my eye hasn't healed."

Naruto placed a hand on Boruto's shoulder and smiled. "Come on, let's go meet your grandparents."

As Minato and Kushina turned, their eyes fell on Naruto and Boruto. Kushina gasped, covering her mouth. "Naruto?! But… you're so grown up! And... a child?!"

Facing this son who had suddenly grown up and even had a child, Kushina was a little dazed.

After all, she had just said goodbye to the infant Naruto the previous second, and then a man older than her came over and said that he was theirs. Who wouldn't be confused after hearing this?

Naruto grinned. "Yup! This is my son, Uzumaki Boruto!"

Boruto bowed. "Nice to meet you, Grandma, Grandpa."

Minato blinked in astonishment. "You really are Naruto..."

Kushina, however, grabbed Boruto's cheeks and began squishing them gleefully. "My grandson is so cute!"

Boruto groaned. "Ugh! I didn't sign up for this!"

At the same time, across time and space, countless individuals found themselves face-to-face with the people they were destined to meet.

Orochimaru sauntered up to Sarutobi Hiruzen, a sly smirk playing on his lips. "Long time no see, Sarutobi-sensei."

Hiruzen, still on edge from their last battle—where he had sealed Orochimaru's arms—regarded his former student warily. His grip on his staff tightened. "Orochimaru? Do you still seek to destroy Konoha?"

Orochimaru let out a soft chuckle, eyes gleaming with amusement. "Destroy? My, my, sensei, you wound me. I'm now the director of Konoha's Research Institute, with full approval from the Seventh Hokage himself."

Hiruzen's eyes narrowed. The Orochimaru he knew had always been cunning, always dancing on the edge of morality. Was this truly a changed man, or just another elaborate ploy?

Meanwhile, on the other side, a hearty laugh rang through the air. "Kakashi! You're so young!" Might Guy bellowed, gripping his friend's shoulders with uncontainable enthusiasm. His right leg—once lost to the effects of the Eight Gates—was whole again.

Kakashi, blinking in surprise, sighed. "Yeah, yeah, yeah…" Though he seemed exasperated, a rare warmth flickered in his eyes. Seeing Guy still alive—full of life, unburdened by the pain of his last battle with Madara himself—filled him with relief.

A few steps away, another emotional reunion was unfolding.

"Jiraiya-sensei?!" A voice filled with shock and regret cut through the murmurs of the gathered shinobi.

Jiraiya turned toward the source, his sharp eyes locking onto the red-haired young man approaching him. He barely had time to register the familiar features before the name left his lips. "...Nagato?"

Nagato, once Pain—the harbinger of destruction—stood before his mentor, remorse evident in his expression. "I'm sorry, Jiraiya-sensei," he said, voice heavy with guilt. "Only after my defeat at the hands of Naruto, did I realize how misguided my ideals were."

Jiraiya's expression softened. "That knucklehead…" He exhaled deeply, shaking his head in amusement. "I always knew he'd change the world, but I didn't expect he'd get through to you too."

The atmosphere buzzed with a mixture of disbelief, joy, and tension. Throughout the gathering, legendary shinobi of different eras took in their surroundings—former Hokage, the Akatsuki, the most powerful warriors from the five great nations. Even figures who had perished long ago, like Kushina Uzumaki, stood amongst them, bewildered yet alert.

And then—

[Ding! Now that everyone is present, let's begin the countdown of the Top 20 Most Legendary Ninja Moments.]

A booming, omnipresent voice echoed across the realm, drawing every eye toward an unknown source.

[First, let's begin with a man known as the professor of the ninja world, a master of all five chakra natures, and an encyclopedia of ninjutsu.]

[He carried the Will of Fire passed down by his predecessors and dedicated his life to protecting Konoha, guiding it through prosperity and hardship alike.]

[He is the Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village—Sarutobi Hiruzen.]

[T/N: Tell me what you guys think about this tl, should I continue this? Another chapter will be publish later.]
