That left only four families to consider.
To identify which member of the four families it was, they would have to eliminate them one by one, checking who among the family heads had been out of the house on October 3rd, the day Long Lan had gotten injured by Ye Xiong.
Gongsun Yang, Du Mu Kuang, Ouyang Tian, and Shangguan Jinhong— which one of them was the real Mr. Ghost?
These four major families were located in four different cities within Lingnan; it was necessary to investigate them one by one.
The first stop was the home of Gongsun Yang, which was the nearest to their location.
Ye Xiong called over to the room next door for the An Family Sisters.
Shortly after, the two women arrived, looking around the room with peculiar expressions in their eyes.
“What are you looking at?” Ye Xiong asked, puzzled.
“Checking for escape routes, in case you try to take advantage of us, so we, sisters, can make a quick getaway,” Angel replied.
“Even when your sister threw herself at me, I didn’t take her, let alone take advantage of you. Go wash up and get some sleep,” Ye Xiong retorted irritably.
Next, Ye Xiong shared his plan with them.
Upon learning that they could only proceed by a process of elimination, the An Family Sisters realized that this mission would definitely take a long time.
Other than eliminating suspects one by one, there was no other choice.
After Ye Xiong finished explaining, he asked them to go back. Angel was happy to leave, but An Le wasn’t in a rush at all and seemed reluctant to leave the room.
“An Le, what are you standing there for? You want to sleep here or something?” Angel called out.
“Why go back to the room so early? It’s better to chat and play games with our master here,” An Le said as she lay down on Ye Xiong’s bed and suddenly proposed, “Master, how about we play cards? It’s still early.”
“Sure, what shall we play?” Ye Xiong had nothing else to do, so playing a game sounded like a good idea.
He was always willing to play with beauties.

“How can two people play that?”

“Not playing, it’s boring,” she said.

After so many years of watching movies, the most thrilling ones are those with a game element.
“Can you be any more vulgar?” Angel grabbed An Le’s hand and said, “Let’s go. Our master’s head is full of dirty thoughts; if we stay any longer, we’re certain to lose out.”

“If he’s a man, I don’t believe he won’t take the bait,” Angel said.
“An Le, be careful. The people of the Lingnan Sect are not only skilled in medical arts but their martial arts are formidable too. You must not be careless and learn to protect yourself, understand?” Ye Xiong said seriously.
“You think I’m one of those girls just out of school who knows nothing? I’m a killer,” An Le replied.
“Let’s set off!” Ye Xiong ordered.
