My Whole Class Isekai'd to a Xianxia? Good Thing I Can Do Mind-reading

Chapter 102: I Can Assure You That My Wife Does

"Seal?" Elder Duan asked, confused. "How did you manage that?"

"This is a personal technique of mine," Feng Fan explained.

"I told them I'd undo the seal for five thousand middle-grade qi stones, but they thought that was too little. So, they went to ask their elders for a larger amount. These young masters are very wealthy, and as a friend, I must help them bear this burden..." Feng Fan added, his expression exaggerated as if he had been wronged.

Seeing Feng Fan's expression and hearing his words, Elder Duan felt an overwhelming urge to slap him.

'No wonder Elder Jiang grounded this brat. Once this is over, I'm making sure he never leaves the sect again!'

Elder Duan took a deep breath. "Alright, let's go see them. You'd better not get into any more trouble!"

"Elder Duan, trust me, I'm not the type to seek out trouble!" Feng Fan replied, crossing his fingers behind his back.

Elder Duan rolled his eyes, no longer believing a word that came out of his disciple's mouth.

He stood up from the couch and headed toward the angry mob outside the manor, with Feng Fan, Qian Xiaoli, and Su Liqiu following closely behind.

When King Yi saw Feng Fan, he immediately recognized him as the one who had dared to harm his son. He unleashed his aura, pressing down on Feng Fan.

At first, Feng Fan felt an overwhelming force pushing him toward the ground, almost forcing him to kneel. However, he quickly circulated his cultivation technique, suppressing the pressure.

Elder Duan noticed King Yi's actions and waved his hand, creating a shield around Feng Fan to protect him from the oppressive aura.

He looked at King Yi with a disapproving expression. "King Yi, this isn't how the older generation should behave. Your son lost in a fair duel, and he didn't die. Act with some dignity."

"Hmph," King Yi dismissed Elder Duan's words. "We came here to demand that this bastard undo the seal he placed, or…"

Before he could finish, Feng Fan cut him off.

"Or what? Are you going to kill me? I'm curious what the Dao Seeking School would say about that. Not to mention, after killing me, your son would be a cripple for life. So, you'd better behave, old man!"

King Yi's eyebrows shot up in surprise, and many others present shared the same expression. They hadn't expected Feng Fan to show such disrespect to a Dao Seeking cultivator!

'Oh my god, this brat is going to be the death of me!' Elder Duan thought, clearly worried.

"You think the Dao Seeking School cares about you? Why don't you leave the capital and see if you'll make it back to your sect alive," King Yi sneered, his gaze filled with murderous intent as he fixed his eyes on Feng Fan.

"Whether the Dao Seeking School cares or not is none of your concern, but I can assure you that my wife does," Feng Fan replied, pulling Qian Xiaoli close and hugging her from the side. "I hope you're ready to face the emperor's wrath."

Qian Xiaoli didn't resist, her cheeks flushing slightly. But in her mind, she was about to lose it. 'I'm going to kill this bastard!'

Elder Duan and Su Liqiu were stupefied. 'When did they get married?'

King Yi, already aware of their relationship because of his son, grew worried. He didn't want to antagonize either the Dao Seeking School or the emperor.

What truly infuriated him wasn't the qi stones; they weren't an amount that would hurt him to pay. It was Feng Fan's disrespectful attitude. His complete lack of respect for him.

King Yi, no longer willing to argue with Feng Fan, tossed a sack containing five thousand middle-grade qi stones at him. "Here's the payment. Take it and undo the seal."

Feng Fan grinned as he accepted the sack. Using his spiritual qi, he quickly counted the stones before storing them in his space ring.

"Thanks! That's only ten thousand more to go," he said with a sly smile.

A vein bulged on King Yi's forehead. "What do you mean? Are you playing games with me?!"

Feng Fan feigned innocence. "Mr. Yi, I told them it was five thousand qi stones a few hours ago. Unfortunately, the price has gone up since then. It's now fifteen thousand middle-grade stones. If you're unwilling to pay, that's fine, but there's nothing else I can do."

'One day, I'm going to kill him!' thought King Yi, his eyes blazing with fury.

Feng Fan, sensing the hostility, maintained his smile. He wasn't concerned. King Yi wouldn't dare make a move against him once he returned to the White Crow Sect; it would be far too conspicuous.

With a growl of frustration, King Yi tossed another sack containing ten thousand middle-grade qi stones toward Feng Fan.

Feng Fan caught it effortlessly, his smile widening as he approached Yi Duyi. "Alright, stay still so I can treat you, my friend."

Feng Fan infused spiritual qi into his right hand, and then, delivered three crisp slaps.

The first landed on Yi Duyi's right cheek.

The second struck his left cheek with the back of Feng Fan's hand.

The third was another sharp blow to the right cheek for good measure.

King Yi, watching this display, exploded with rage. His spiritual qi surged uncontrollably, radiating pressure as his clenched fist launched an attack on Feng Fan.

A powerful wave of spiritual qi shot forward, tearing through the air and threatening to annihilate Feng Fan.

Under the overwhelming might of King Yi's strike, Feng Fan felt like an ant standing before an anteater. No matter what he did, death seemed inevitable.

Yet, he remained composed.

Elder Duan stepped in, positioning himself between Feng Fan and King Yi. With a casual wave of his hand, Elder Duan dispersed the attack.

"King Yi, I must remind you where you are and the consequences of harming my disciple!" Elder Duan's voice was stern, his gaze cold as it bore into King Yi.

Before King Yi could retaliate, Yi Duyi's voice rang out in surprise and joy. "M-My cultivation! It's back!"
