Nicole could suddenly feel her heart beating fast and wildly in her chest. She had known all along that something was wrong. Something deep down inside kept on telling her that something was wrong with Ava, but she ignored that feeling, ignored that gut feeling because, deep down, she didn't want to feel guilty if something had happened to her.

She was in the same room as her just this morning but failed to check in and make sure that everything was fine, if Ava was fine. Tammy had warned them not to go off with Lyron but stubbornly they chose to ignore her and do what they wanted now look at the mess that they were in.

"Why happened, what has you sure that something happened to her?"

Swallowing a lump in her throat Tammy didn't know how to explain to Nicole how she knew. Nicole would think she was crazy or weird but somehow still chose to try and confide in her.

"A dream, I had a dream that something is wrong."

Nicole didn't expect her to say that out of all those. She never was one to judge people so instead chose to go with what Tammy was saying, for now until they find Ava again.

"Okay so what do we do? Do we call the campus security, or did you see her location in your dream or something, some place that we can look and find her.?"

"Not exactly but I know what I need to do, just wait here for a few minutes and I'll be back okay."

'Wait what. Tammy?"

She wanted her to wait here in their room while she went to God knows where. Nicole felt frustrated as she thought of how Tammy's method of trying to find their friend was delaying everything and wasting time. Back home, if any female had found herself in the same situation that they both were in with Ava, Ava's family and friends would be looking for her, not because they knew she was alive, but so they could at least find her body and lay her to rest.

Back home, in this situation, Ava would have long been assumed as dead.

"Just wait here Nicole please, don't leave okay, I know how to track her. I'll be back in a few minutes please."

Begging her with her eyes, Tammy walked out of their dorm room and dashed to hers. She knew she only had a few minutes before Nicole would either barge into her room and see stuff that she shouldn't see or would walk out of that room and wonder around campus looking for Ava herself.

Looking at the closed door in front of her, Nicole grimaced as she realized that this was probably her first time having Tammy call her by her first name and she knew immediately, that she was hiding something. She wasn't sure whether it was good or bad or if it had anything to do with Ava, but she sure didn't want to stick around and find out.

Marching back into her room, she grabbed a black baggy hoodie from her wardrobe and some old sneakers from under her bed before slipping them on. Grabbing her phone off the bed, she switched it on only to see that the time was still half past one in the morning. This meant that there was a slight chance that she might meet the same fate that has befallen Ava, but she was surprisingly willing to take that chance.

Back home she wouldn't have dared to do something as stupid as what she was about to do, but another part of her was slightly pissed at the fact that the universe was somehow trying to fuck up her time here and she sure as hell wasn't going to let that happen. Storming out of her dorm room she looked down the passageway to where Tammy's room was, feeling a bit of guilt blooming in her chest.

Shutting it down and forcing her stubbornness to lead the way, she ran down the opposite side of Tammy's room, using the emergency stairways that she had discovered not so long ago, before turning in the direction of the male dorm rooms. With her determination set in, she marched over there, intending on finding Lyron once and for all.

Sneaking into the male's dorm wasn't as hard as she had initially thought it would be. Nicole bet that their dorm guardians were way cooler than the grunch they had. Marching up to Lyron's room she banged on the door, veins pumping with adrenaline as she called out his name. When no one opened up, she banged on the door multiple times before it was thrown open, revealing a guy she had never seen before.

Standing before her stood a guy who was built the same way as Lyron was. The guy had well defined abbs and a firm V line traveling all the way down his waist and disappearing into his trunks. Looking up at him, Nicole noted his dark green eyes, as green as the forest and his dirty blond hair, that was tousled on his head. Seriously, were all those that surrounded Lyron this good looking.

A shudder passed through her as she vaguely remembered Lyron's hot older brother, Luca, who she had spent plenty of time with in this very room. Shutting down any surfacing memories of Luca, Nicole turned back to the guy in front of her, ignoring his quirked eyebrow as she asked boldly.

"Where is Lyron, I'm looking for him."

"Sorry madam but I don't answer to people who don't even know how to greet first."

Holding in a frustrated sigh she puffed out her chest, folding her arms behind her back and looking back up at him.

"Hi, how are you? I'm looking for Lyron, is he here by any chance.I really need to talk to him."

"Hi I am well thank you. My name is Lance, what is yours?"

Seriously, what the hell is going on today.

"Look here Lance or whatever your name is. I really need to talk to Lyron and have no time for your childish games. Where is he?"

"Yes my name is Lance and unfortunately have no other one, what is yours?"

Clenching her jaw Nicole puffed out her cheeks before lunging herself forward, trying to get past Lance and into the room. With one arm, Lance carefully grabbed her waiste, pullying her back in and placing her infront of him again. With a grin on his face he gently petted the top her head, earning himself a scowl from Nicole.

"You're so stubborn and cute when you're angry. I think I'll name you Bunny, yes my very own bunny."

With a piercing look in her eyes, she quickly slapped his hand away, causing Lance to chuckle out loud, a smile spreading on his face.

"You are very feisty Bunny but sorry to disappoint you. Lyron isn't here. Can I take a message for him."

"No, no message, I just need you to tell me where he is and I'll go to him on my own."

Clicking his tongue, Lance folded his arms, leaning onto the door frame before looking down at Nicole. It seemed she had caught his interest and was somehow eager to learn more about her.

"Now why would I do that, you're not from around here and would simply get lost."

"I am very capable of taking care of myself, thank you very much, now where is he?"

"Well since you insist on being Merida of the brave I'll tell you. He's in the fo..."

"Nicole! I told you not to leave, are you okay, did he do something to you?"

"Oh, yey Harry Potter's sister is here, how fun."

With a quick pull, Tammy had Nicole behind her, shielding her from Lance's view.

"Hey don't you dare call my friend that. What's wrong with you?"

" Listen to me Nicole, I know where Ava is, let's just turn around and walk out of here."

Tammy found her. Atleast the sinking feeling could start easing down a bit.

"Well where is she let's go now."

"So are you going to tell her Potter or should I."

"Stay out of this mutt, take even a step closer to her us and I'll end you right here."

Stepping out from behind Tammy, Nicole came and stood in between the two of them. They were they were looking as at each other Nicole feared they might get into a physical fight.

"Aahh so your friend doesn't know, does she? Keeping secrets from her Potter?"

"You listen to me and listen to me well, stay far away from us or you'll live to regret it. Come on Nicole."

Following behind Tammy Nicole couldn't help the shudder that passed through her at Lance's fading words.

"You and I both know you won't make it inside there alive Potter."
