Multiverse: The Lust Supreme System

With a little enthusiasm, she ended up smiling and reassured about my decision, and with a gracious tone from her, her last words were spoken with a final smile.

"Good luck, I look forward to your return, Aqua Hoshino."

"Huh? That shock on my arm again?!"

Feeling the same shock I've felt every moment today, I ended up looking back before entering the gym block... and Akane had already disappeared from my sight in the blink of an eye.

"Hm... what a rush."

[Time: 4:00 PM / Location: Next to the universal school exit gate]

With my backpack on my back, I end up walking alone to the exit gate, and I end up waiting for Ruby on a wooden bench so that we can go home together.

Two hours had passed and I decided to check the system's missions to see if any had already been completed.

When I close the system, I often end up feeling a slight tingling sensation in my body, I don't know why, but I hope it ends soon, apart from the shocks I end up having with every girl I meet.

At sunset, the sky was yellow and serene, I was sitting on a wooden bench waiting for a bus.

"Hi Aqua, I'm coming back."

My sister Ruby came over to sit next to me, she was quietly fiddling with her cell phone instead of talking to me.

"So, how were rehearsals and studying in general?"

Suddenly she pulls a sweet lollipop out of her bag and starts sucking on it to make herself feel less hungry.

"They were normal, nothing out of the ordinary... sometimes I expect things to happen quickly."

"And you think our mother was quick with her success?"

Ruby remained silent as she listened to this, thinking about what she could say next... it all seemed very difficult for her, and for me too it is a little, I wanted to be able to help her with these issues within my limits.

"She was never in a hurry, she always loved what she did... she herself often said that lying was the greatest proof of love there is, but is that true? Or did she only say that to avoid people knowing about her personal life?"

"Yes and no, I think you can absorb something from that sentence if you're interested in listening."

As I place the pencil on the empty paper, I begin to have a vast plan of ideas on this subject.

"Ruby, lying, in general, will always be bad, however... scripted lying, created by her, is something we will never understand. Our mother always kept us away from the public, the weight of being an idol and knowing that we were the children of one of the greatest artists to ever set foot in this country... it was suffocating."

For a moment during the explanation, Ruby began to look away from me... suggesting that she was reflecting on something, but this didn't stop me from following the analogy and reflection.

"Sometimes our scripted lies are less painful than genuine lies, lies that you're aware you want to lie about for your own benefit... but our mother wasn't like that."

"In the end, she scripted lies about her own life just so that her career would stay afloat so that she could always be shining on stage offering the immense joy that everyone felt and loved."

Ruby turns to my face as she begins to really understand how Ai Hoshino wanted to convey this lie, and my analogies and reflections begin to make her understand... her small smile is exposed in front of me.

"And she lied in a scripted way mainly to keep us safe from outside problems, so that her shine would never fade, both on stage and in our home... she lied because she realized that in the end, deep down in her heart, she knew that no one cared about her except us."

"Lying is the greatest way to love, there are lines between that sentence... and I believe those lines were everything I said, lying about her life for the sake of shining onboard and keeping us from being discovered, and her love always being based on her passion for what she does and what she offers to both of us... we were her reason for continuing to live, and even though it ended, in the end, she was strong for us, and we will be strong for her, making us proud of what we will be capable of from now on."

Ruby suddenly began to cry as she listened to everything I said, her hands clutched at my clothes, and she couldn't get away from me.

"Aqua... how are you capable of this?"

I remained silent, trying to feel her heart, her emotions, and everything made up of the love she had so much for our mother.

"I've always been like that, I just never wanted to show it for anything... I feel it was time."

Her tears were falling onto my uniform, I could feel everything that was going through her head for a moment... but then, she had calmed down and stood up to look at me.

"Aqua, I have to take something on for you, but I hope you won't get angry with me."

Hearing that, I realized that a small leaf had fallen under her tiny skirt.

"Hmm?!"
