The *Healing Charm* was cast.

As the card in his hand turned into glowing particles and disappeared, a vibrant green light enveloped Scott, beginning to heal the wounds on his body.

His injuries were severe; if they had been inflicted on an ordinary person, that person would already be dead.

Surrounded by the green glow, Scott slowly regained consciousness, feeling the rapid healing of his wounds. A hint of confusion flashed in his eyes, and a dangerous red light flickered within them, as though he might unleash a blinding beam at any moment.

Seeing this, Howard hurriedly placed the ruby glasses on Scott's face.

"One Healing Charm can't fully heal him?"

Mike pondered for a moment. Under Scott's gaze, the glowing particles dispersed, and once again, the green aura surrounded Scott.

Watching this scene, Peggy Carter, who had been astonished by how Scott seemed to break medical logic and wake up, finally felt reassured.

"Well, this look is quite unique!"

Looking at Scott wrapped in the green light, Remy LeBeau mocked.

Anyone associated with Hellfire was someone he couldn't stand, and he certainly wouldn't let this chance to kick a man while he was down slip by.

Logan glanced at the two, clearly enjoying the spectacle.

Scott, now almost fully healed, sat up from the bed, adjusted his glasses, and silently stared at Remy LeBeau, not moving an inch even after the Healing Charm faded.

Remy LeBeau frowned. "What are you staring at?"

"I was wondering, we both use cards, but how come you're so different from this guy?"

Scott said with a hint of sarcasm, standing up from the bed. Under Remy's displeased gaze, he turned to Mike and said solemnly, "Thank you!"

Wait!

Looking at Mike, Scott's eyes suddenly widened behind his glasses.

The ability with the cards he had just used, along with the familiar silhouette, if he only covered half his face...

"It's you!"

He exclaimed, remembering the figure that had descended from the sky that night.

Mike sighed.

It seemed he had been recognized.

Under the curious gaze of everyone, Mike nodded and said, "It's good to see you again."

"You know each other?"

Howard asked, curious.

"We met once before."

Mike replied vaguely.

Scott snapped back to reality and nodded gently. "Yes."

Everyone looked at them with confusion.

Mike smiled calmly, while Scott lowered his head and glanced at the bandages on his body. He absentmindedly tugged at one before suddenly turning to Peggy Carter and saying, "Ms. Carter, aren't you going to look away?"

Peggy Carter gave him a casual glance, stood up, and said, "What's there to look at? Among everyone I've seen, you only get a six for your figure."

As she spoke, she walked out of the room, leaving everyone stunned.

Scott's face twitched as he looked at his body, as though a giant "6" was written across it.

"Ha!"

"HAHAHAHA!"

Laughter filled the room.

Scott, with his face twitching, angrily tore at the bandages on his body.

Logan spoke up, "Need help?"

Shing!

A shiny blade extended from Logan's fingers.

"No, no need!"

Scott hurriedly declined Logan's offer, then froze, looking at Logan, who was retracting his claws, and then at Mike. Memories from years ago flooded back to his mind.

Three Mile Island...

A place he deeply dreaded surfaced in his thoughts.

"Three Mile Island! You guys saved us back then!"

After being rescued, Scott had joined Hellfire, and from Raven, he learned the entire story. He discovered that the two people who saved them had found Three Mile Island, sent a signal to Black King, and only then were they rescued. From that point on, he was deeply grateful to those two.

So, Mike had saved him twice?

He looked at Mike deeply.

"Huh! You remember now?" Remy LeBeau laughed. "I thought you had developed Alzheimer's."

Mike and Logan both smiled. Logan patted Remy on the shoulder and said, "It was Remy who led us there back then."

Scott hesitated for a moment, then nodded gratefully at Remy LeBeau and said thanks, which made Remy cough awkwardly and turn away, looking out the window.

Three Mile Island, huh?

Howard had already investigated Mike and Logan secretly and naturally knew what had happened back then. So, he wasn't too concerned about it. After all, he couldn't stand the experiments Strucker had done.

"Everyone, now's not the time for reminiscing," Howard interrupted, unable to stop himself. He turned to Scott and said, "We're still waiting for the news you brought."

Scott nodded and quickly removed the bandages, changing into a fresh set of clothes. Once Peggy Carter, the strict "judge," entered, Scott gave a wry smile and said, "Sorry, I guess I've disappointed you all."

Upon hearing this, both Howard and Peggy Carter felt a sense of dread.

"He's already been at odds with me over some issues. The matter of my contact with you... he found out. If not for the help of some people in the club, I wouldn't have made it out this time."

Thinking of those who had sacrificed their lives to save him, Scott's expression turned pained.

Logan patted him on the shoulder. After a few words of comfort from the group, the entire room fell silent.

"What should we do next?" Mike pondered. "Black King has been alerted, will he start planning ahead?"

The others' faces darkened.

This was what they feared.

At that moment, Scott spoke up confidently. "No, we still have time."

Hearing this, the group's spirits lifted.

Scott continued, "I heard from Emma that Black King and the others still need some time. It's like they're waiting for something."

Howard asked, "Emma? The White Queen? Does she know the details?"

The Hellfire Club had become more brutal due to Black King's methods, and his increasingly indifferent and cold personality. As a result, many within the club were uneasy. After Raven's incident, with Black King abandoning Raven, signs of division began to emerge.

The discontented White King, Scott, was one faction, while Emma, the White Queen, considering their past ties, found herself in the middle, swaying between the two sides. On the other hand, Black King and the Black Queen were closely allied, forming the strongest faction.

If they wanted information, Emma, the White Queen, might be a breakthrough.

Scott smiled and said, "If Emma wants to know, there are very few secrets she can't uncover."

Perhaps considering this, Black King had simply told Emma the truth to win her support and trust.

"Then let's go find the White Queen! But will she tell us anything?"

Peggy Carter seemed worried.

Mike and Remy exchanged glances with Logan. Logan frowned in annoyance and said, "What are you looking at me for?"

"Well, well!" Remy chuckled. "Your former lover is the White Queen's sister. Why don't you ask your sister-in-law?"

Seeing everyone looking at him, Logan grumbled, "That was all in the past."

"Give it a try!" Peggy Carter looked at Logan with hope.

Howard and Scott nodded.

Mike gave Logan a reassuring pat on the back.

Logan took a deep breath and irritably muttered, "I should've never agreed to this stupid thing! Damn it, it's all your fault!"

He glared at Remy.

Remy: "..."

Seeing that everyone had reached a consensus, Howard said, "I'll arrange a plane for you right now."

He made a couple of calls and soon arranged a plane for the group. "Get ready to depart. The plane will be ready shortly."

Everyone nodded. After quickly leaving the hospital, they drove to the airport, boarded S.H.I.E.L.D.'s plane, and headed for Las Vegas.
