Legacy of the Void Fleet

Chapter 101: ch 101 Void Fleet Command Restructure & Upcoming Competition for Grand Admiral(Asking for golden tickets)

Void Fleet Command Restructure & Upcoming Competition for Grand Admiral

With all seven fleets of the Void Fleet now fully operational—save for a final refinement expected within the next day or so—another major shift in the command hierarchy has been enacted.

Fleet Admiral Ezrra Tanno, formerly the supreme commander of the entire Void Fleet, has been reassigned (not demoted) to lead the 1st Armored Legion, the elite spearhead of the Void Fleet. This unit is expected to serve as the vanguard in all major operations, especially during the coming war.

Alongside Ezrra, the other six newly promoted admirals have each been assigned to command one of the remaining six fleets—2nd through 7th—with equal authority over their own forces. This strategic change fosters a competitive command environment, with the ultimate prize being the rank of Grand Admiral—a title no longer appointed, but earned.

Each of the seven Fleet Admirals must now prove their worth through action—by demonstrating strategic brilliance, leadership under fire, and overall effectiveness as the Void Fleet clashes with the Minotaur Empire. This war, expected to ignite as soon as the Universal re-synchronizes with this region of space (likely within two weeks, or possibly sooner), will serve as the ultimate proving ground.

Not just for the Admirals, but for me as well. That will be the moment we're truly out in the open.

The artifact barrier separating this region from the greater universe is weakening. Once it collapses, the true war will begin—and with it, the test that will determine who among the seven deserves to rise as Grand Admiral of the Void Fleet.

And when that moment comes, the Void Fleet will no longer just be a force—it will become an empire. A behemoth in the wider galaxy and, eventually, the universe.

Whether I can forge the foundation of an empire in a place where only strength reigns supreme… remains to be seen. For this universe is ruled by the law of the jungle—and in this jungle, I may be but one man, yet I hold a power that sets me apart. A power strong enough to protect those I care about… and to buy me the time I need to grow even stronger.

There will be no turning back from here. What I'm about to do… it will shake the stars. Soon, all eyes will turn to me—and to my fleet.

We are a trove of treasures in our own right. If you don't believe it, that's fine. But it's the truth in every sense. From our ships to our crew—each one is unique, each one a marvel. As I told you before, these 10,000 members of my fleet were all peak-level beings in their past lives, masters in their own fields. I wasn't exaggerating. Each of them could be considered a treasure by any peak power in the universe.

Much less the Milky Way Galaxy… if it can even be called that anymore.

Ah, right—back to the strategic role allocation of the fleet.

At present, my Void Fleet consists of seven primary fleets, excluding the Obliterator and its two escort ships. These three vessels are separate for reasons of my own—reasons that will become clear in due time.

Each of the seven fleets will be assigned a distinct role and operational scale. Some will serve as enforcement fleets, others as defensive units, all designed to complement one another across a wide range of battle scenarios. But for now, each fleet has a single mission: to spearhead in the direction I assign them.

Our first target? The Minotaur Clan.

This operation will be led by Fleet Admiral Ezra Tanno of the 1st Fleet. He will spearhead the confrontation against the Minotaur forces, who—once the barriers sealing off this sector are lifted—will begin their march, believing this region to be ripe with opportunity.

But they are gravely mistaken.

They walk into a storm, unaware that what awaits them is not conquest, but annihilation.

As for me, I will not take part directly. I will remain on standby aboard my dreadnought, the Obliterator, which will be present in the space where the battle unfolds. It will not fire a single shot. This battle belongs to my fleets alone.

I want to see their strength with my own eyes—see the fruits of the refinements and innovations our R&D division has made over time. My presence aboard the Obliterator is not to command, but to act as a deterrent and a guardian.

Because aboard those ships are individuals I cannot afford to lose.

They are not cannon fodder. They are treasures.

As I told you before, each member of my fleet was a peak-level existence in their former lives, masters of their fields. I will not let them fall—not now, not like this.

You might say I can't protect them forever.

And you'd be right.

But for now… I can.

And I will.

As for what the future holds… that remains to be seen.

Over the past month and a half in the real world—and an unknowable stretch of time within the Universal Plane, thanks to my fully exploited unique skill: Time Control—the Void Fleet has undergone explosive growth. What started as a mere plan has now evolved into a formidable force of war, the kind that sends shivers down the spine of anyone foolish enough to oppose it.

And let me be clear—this isn't just talk.

You'll all understand very soon why I say that.

This is no joke. The Void Fleet is coming. And it's unstoppable.

"Now that I've made my point here," I said, coughing slightly as the weight of my words lingered in the air."Let's focus on…"

Initially, we projected the construction of 196 ships, including the 14 Antares-class already produced, and another 2 built shortly after the fleet first arrived in the Sol System. That made for a starting count of 182 ships to be distributed across 7 fleets, with an average strength of 26 vessels each.

But that was then.

Now, the Void Fleet has swelled to over 1,000 ships—more precisely, 1,015. And if we include the flagships still under construction for each fleet, plus the Obliterator and two Super Antares-class warships, we're looking at a grand total of 1,025 ships.

Let that number sink in.

Fleet Composition (As of Now):

Battleships: 42 total

21 Resurgent-class (refitted with armaments comparable to the BC-211 Barracuda)

5 Antares-class

(The remaining 16 are already built and on the perfect working state)

Battlecruisers: 126 total

-63 BC-211 Barracuda

-63 BC-911 Storm Lance

Battle carriers: 28 total

-All BCV-827 Skymaul

Destroyers: 252 total

-126 DS-742 Spearhead

-126 DS-901 Vanguard

Frigates: 336 total

-168 LF-398 Striker (Light-class)

-168 HF-468 Titan (Heavy-class)

Corvettes: 244 total

-122 AC-42 Iron Fang

-122 LAC-37 Phantom Dagger

Each of the seven primary fleets under the Void Fleet banner was standardized to field 145 ships. With the flagship currently under construction, that number will rise to 146 ships per fleet.

This composition wasn't random—it was deliberate, structured for balance and adaptability across a wide range of operations.

Standard Void Fleet Composition (per fleet):

6 Battleships

-3 Antares-class (heavy command and siege platforms)

-3 Resurgent-class (refitted high-speed dread hunters)

18 Battlecruisers

-9 BC-211 Barracuda

-9 BC-911 Storm Lance

4 Battle carriers

-All BCV-827 Skymaul

36 Destroyers

-18 DS-742 Spearhead

-18 DS-901 Vanguard

48 Frigates

-24 LF-398 Striker (light frigates)

-24 HF-468 Titan (heavy frigates)

32 Corvettes

-16 AC-42 Iron Fang

-16 LAC-37 Phantom Dagger

Each class and subtype is split evenly to maintain symmetrical capabilities within the fleet. Every vessel has a role, and every role is supported. These aren't just warships—they are nodes in a living, breathing war machine of doom and destruction that they will lay upon those they consider their enemy.

This balanced doctrine gives each fleet the flexibility to operate independently while still being capable of full-spectrum engagement—ranging from orbital sieges to deep-space skirmishes and escort missions.

As for the flagship… let's leave that for later. I'll reveal its secrets soon enough.

But the real question is: How did I build all this? How did I forge over a thousand warships in such a short span?

The answer lies in one massive investment I made—a steep one, no doubt, costing half of the monthly salary granted by the System. A painful price, sure... but worth every credit.

It gave me this:

The Anvil Starforger

A supermassive automated shipyard, the crown jewel of Void engineering and the true heart of my fleet's construction efforts.

Length: 10,000 meters

Width: 3,400 meters

Height: 2,400 meters

This wasn't just a station. It was a floating industrial titan. A city-sized forge humming with top-tier, state-of-the-art fabrication tech—completely automated, built for efficiency, precision, and output beyond imagination.

While the Obliterator's internal shipyard had already set impressive standards, producing both Antares and Resurgent-class battleships in just 8 astonishing days…

The Anvil Starforger surpassed it.

It bore the brunt of the heavy lifting—mass-producing Antares-class warships, Resurgent-class dread hunters, and laying down the framework for my fleet's rising might. Its existence alone redefined what was possible for a solo force like mine.

With a facility like the Anvil, I didn't just build a fleet.

I forged a formidable fleet that will instill fear in those who dare to challenge and threaten my close ones
