Chapter 575: Treat your master like a cushion?
In Aether's new chamber,
"Aether~ I'm going to miss you so much~" Raven purred as she clung tightly to him, their bodies tangled on the bed as she refused to let him go... completely opposite of what she just showed to the outside world.
Aether chuckled, his arms wrapped firmly around her as his hands slid to her waist, firmly gripping her ass. He nibbled her neck teasingly, his lips brushing against her skin as he murmured, "I'll miss you too, my little Draconyx~."
"Mmm~" Raven moaned softly, her fingers trailing toward his groin, about to pull it out when—
"Keep your paws off each other!"
Thalia's sharp voice cut through the moment, startling them both as she stormed into the room. She wedged herself between them and pushed Aether away with a forceful shove.
Raven's eyes blazed with irritation, her glare sharp enough to pierce through steel. "Thalia!" she growled as if she was about to kill her.
Thalia flinched under the intensity of her sister's glare but quickly straightened, trying to muster her courage. "I-I mean... he has more important matters to attend to! You can't possibly delay him any further," she stammered. When Raven's glare didn't waver, Thalia played her trump card. "Sh-Should I call Mom?"
Raven froze, her lips twitching into a pout as she reluctantly let go of Aether. "Fine, fine! I wasn't doing anything anyway!" she muttered, crossing her arms and sulking.
Thalia let out a relieved sigh, her shoulders visibly relaxed. She turned to Aether, who was watching the exchange with an amused expression. "Well? What are you waiting for? Get going already!" she snapped.
Aether tilted his head, his lips curving into a mischievous smirk. "Why are you so eager to see me leave, Sister-in-law? What are you plotting to do here while I'm gone?"
Thalia twitched visibly, her cheeks reddening. "It's not like I want you gone!" she shot back. "I just want some alone time with my sister! Ever since you fuc-ahem mate her up, she's been glued to your side, and I haven't had a proper moment to talk to her!"
Aether nodded thoughtfully. "Ah, I see....Well then," he said, rising from the bed, "I suppose I should take my leave."
Thalia smiled in triumph, but her satisfaction was short-lived.
"After a quickie, of course," Aether added casually, scooping Raven into his arms and tossing a stunned Thalia out of the room before slamming the door shut.
"~ahh~"
Thalia's face turned crimson as she stood outside the door, her fists trembling. She pounded on it furiously. "You bastard! Open up!" she yelled, her voice echoing down the hallway.
Bang, Bang!!
Minutes passed.... slowly... and Then an hour.
Thalia's patience wore thin as she leaned against the door, her expression a mix of fury and embarrassment. "Why the hell is it taking you an hour for a quickie, you damned bastard?!" she screamed.
Finally, the door opened, and Aether stepped out, his hair tousled and a smug grin plastered on his face. He gently closed the door behind him, leaving Raven sprawled on the bed, covered in dishevelled sheets and covered in something sticky
Thalia peeked in, and instantly her face flushed even deeper. She gulped audibly and turned away, forcing herself to focus on Aether.
"Aether!"
"Hmm?"
"Are you sure it's a good idea to leave her here?" Thalia asked, her tone suddenly serious.
Aether nodded, "Yes. Unfortunately, we can't be sure how her death could trigger the inevitable
The Beginning
..... It's too dangerous to let her roam around freely, especially in the Academy."
Thalia nodded in agreement, her expression thoughtful. "True. Even the Academy isn't safe anymore," she murmured.
"Exactly," Aether continued. "This empire is the safest place for her right now. No one comes in without our permission, and no one leaves. The people here fear and respect authority, and with her power to command the masses, I doubt anyone would dare harm her. This is the best option for now."
Thalia glanced at him, a hint of admiration flickering in her eyes. But then, as she looked around to ensure no one was watching.... her expression darkened.
Thud!
In a swift motion, she cornered him against the wall.
Aether blinked in surprise, his body instinctively tensing. But as he met her gaze, a familiar glint of danger danced in her eyes... Dark and Dangerous.... He knew it very well... 'Ah, she's finally showing herself' he thought with mild amusement, though outwardly he maintained a calm, unreadable expression.
Thalia's finger traced his lips slowly, her touch deliberate. "You've got some nerve, Aether," she whispered, her voice low and menacing. "Playing with my sister like that..."
Her fingers trailed down to his chest before she leaned in and inhaled sharply. "You reek of her," she hissed, her expression twisting with disgust.
Aether's lips twitched into a grin, his amusement evident. "Of course I do. I'm her mate, you kno—"
"Arch!" Aether's sentence cut off abruptly as Thalia bit his neck, right on his Adam's apple.
"Don't say another word, Aether," she warned, her voice soft yet dripping with jealousy. Her tongue flicked against the spot she'd bitten, her cheeks flushed as she murmured, "I'll get jealous.... Really Jealous you know~." with dangerous dark cloudy eyes.

Aether's grin widened as a faint, intoxicating aroma reached his nose. His voice took on a teasing lilt as he asked, "Jealous? And why's that?"
Thalia leaned back slightly, her gaze smouldering as she admitted, "You might not understand, but dragons and phoenixes have high jealousy instincts... It's in our nature... We are verrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy Possessive!!!!!~~"
Aether raised an eyebrow, slightly amused. "I didn't sense any of that jealousy from Raven. She's always so calm."
Thalia snorted, crossing her arms. "That's because she's hiding it well. Trust me, it's there."
Aether nodded thoughtfully. "Oh, noted..... Anything else I should know?" His gaze locked onto her eyes, noticing the barely contained storm of emotions... Madness! swirling within.
He could tell she was on the verge of losing control, and if he didn't act quickly, things could escalate. Slowly, his hands moved, lightly resting on her hips.
"!!!"
Thalia stiffened, her body betraying her flustered state. Experience tales at My Virtual Library Empire
"Anything else?" Aether asked again, his voice calm yet teasing, as he pulled her just a little closer.
Her face flushed bright red, and she stammered, "W-What are you doing?! Stop it, you bastard! Take your hands off me!!"
Aether smirked, amused by her reaction. He had noticed this pattern with her. Thalia was fierce and domineering when he was passive, but the moment he became assertive, her composure unravelled.... she became shy girl!
Leaning down, his lips dangerously close to her ear, he whispered, "Are you jealous, Thalia?"
"N-N-No…" she stuttered, her knees trembling as his voice sent shivers down her spine.

Aether's grip tightened slightly, his lips hovering near hers as he murmured, "Are you jealous of your sister, Thal—"
"Thalia!"
Both of them froze, jolting apart as if caught red-handed. Thalia quickly pushed Aether away and spun around to see her mother, Emberlyn, turning the corner, her eyes scanning the hallway.
Thalia hurriedly straightened her posture, patting herself down as if to erase any evidence of the interaction. "Mom?" she called out, her voice a little too loud.
Emberlyn's expression softened as she approached. "Here you are. I've been searching for you," she said warmly, but the moment her gaze shifted to Aether, her body stiffened. Her tone grew formal. "Please take care during your departure, Sir."
Aether inclined his head politely, "Rest assured, this castle is well-secured. With Lyirrs guiding Raven to be an Empress... everything will remain under control. Your safety is my priority." His eyes flickered to Thalia. "Make sure to protect them."
Thalia scoffed, as her usual self returned, crossing her arms once again. "I don't need you to remind me. I know how to take care of my family!"
Aether chuckled softly, nodding before adjusting his mask. In a flash, he disappeared, reappearing near the teleportation station.
Despite having teleportation abilities, it cost a lot… He wasn't going to waste it!
At the station, soldiers immediately knelt as he arrived. "Emperor!" they greeted in unison, their voices reverberating through the area.
The once people who bowed for Arkanis now bowing for him... life was surely amusing!
Victor smirked, walking past them with his usual confidence.
Meanwhile, back at the castle, Thalia and Emberlyn stood in the hallway.
Emberlyn's expression shifted, her smile fading as her face turned serious. "Mind telling me what you were doing with your sister's husband?"
Thalia flinched, a bead of sweat forming on her temple. "W-What are you talking about, Mom? I was just warning him not to hurt her!"
Emberlyn raised an eyebrow, "Oh? And how exactly were you doing that? By biting his neck and licking it?"
Thalia's face drained of all colour. It was at that moment she realized—she had seriously fucked up.
...
....
Victor teleported into the Aerionis Zephyra Empire, taking in a deep breath of the familiar air. 'Damn, it's been so long…' he thought to himself, nostalgia washing over him.
Without hesitation, he teleported directly to the Principal's house, landing on her sofa.
"Nothing's changed, huh?" he muttered, glancing around the living room as he made himself comfortable.
"Hmm… this sofa feels softer than I remember," he remarked, shifting slightly.
It was then that he noticed something peculiar. The sofa wasn't just soft—it was warm. His eyes widened as he glanced behind him, only to lock eyes with the Principal herself.
She was seated on the sofa, her legs crossed, her arms resting on the armrest. Her expression was calm, but the bulging vein on her forehead and the dangerously sweet smile on her lips screamed trouble
.
"So," she began, her tone deceptively pleasant, "becoming Emperor has given you the nerve to treat your master like a cushion, hmm, my dear disciple?"
Victor gulped, "W-What if I told you… it was a mistake?" he offered weakly, a nervous smile tugging at his lips.
The Principal shook her head slowly, her smile never wavering. "Oh, I know you too well. You don't make mistakes."
Victor's face paled.... It was indeed true he didn't make any mistakes!
He hadn't been sure whether she was home or not, so he decided to test his luck.
(Un)fortunately.... he was fucked up. He had landed on her lap just as planned… but her reaction? Definitely
not
part of the plan.
And then,
"ARRRRHHHH!!"
The sound of bones cracking echoed through the house.
