Ringo sighs feeling a slight irritation at the note in front of him "The shop is yours now, I'm moving back to China love Grandma Tonic. PS be mad at your parents"

his black hair nested a feather stuck in his head while he wore pajama pants and a deep blue Kimono too large for him it had two white large swirls on each sleeve and wooden slippers all of which are obviously stolen suddenly his hair bursts into flames that don't seem to hurt him but as his anger disperses so does the flames

-Tomorrow-

It was a dry, hot day Nabiki was watching TV, Soun was having tea while, Genma went out to get a job, Ranma is resting in the pond after training, while Kasumi hangs clothes outside before returning to the kitchen to make a meal for the family. Akane returns from the dojo "Ranma You shouldn't be in the pond get out of there"

Ranma pridefully but dazed says "There is no way I could drown don't worry I'm not 'Hammer Girl'" intentionally poking fun at her "Why you..."growled Akane stomping toward Ranma ready to kick her lazily Ranma shouts "W-w-Wait! Akane~.." hands up but the fingers are slacked

"What!" she barked furiously as she crosses her arms waiting for an apology.

Suddenly Ranma points down into the pond and hazily "You could drown be careful~"

Stomping away while gritting her teeth she grumbles through them "Thanks for the warning..." before lifting up a table "Ranma!!"

-moments later-

Everyone sat down to wait for dinner while -covered in bandages and moping with his head on his palm- Ranma is back in his male form grumbles "Macho Chick"

Causing Akane turns her head away fiercely "Idiot" she says clearly this time around

As a back and forward of name calling got louder a thud comes from the yard and everyone looked back to see what caused the noise only to see that there was just a ball of fire in the yard Soun, Akane and Ranma rush over to put the fire out is slowly rose up and.

As soon as they got close the flames struck like a dart "Heh it missed" as Ranma tosses what would've been water to extinguish the flame nothing came out of the bucket "There's a hole in the bottom he drank the water almost as fast as Picolet !" suddenly the living flame stood spreading its wings before a malicious dry looking eye shot through the flames and in an instant it darted toward the living room where Kasumi and Nabiki were "Oh no you don't!" but as Ranma chased it he heard multiple zips before it suddenly turned darting into the kitchen but as Ranma checked on Kasumi and Nabiki he noticed that all of the cups were empty with small hot holes in them. "So that's what its after" Ranma runs to the kitchen with another bucket only to see the stork slowly skimming through the fridge...? that didn't matter "Hey you stupid bird! Try drinking this!" as Ranma tossed the bucket at the stork

The bucket Ranma held was filled with sand as Ranma tosses the Phoenix into the pond "Heh too easy" only to put his hands in ice from the heat of the bucket while holding a few tears back. They all approached the pond to see if the fire went out but as bubbles form in the pond suddenly an unconscious boy floats up being knocked out from bumping his head when tossed in the pond.

An hour later The boy wakes up to Ranma messing with the feather in his head "Oh you're awake now" The boy scans the room as Akane asks "What's your name?"

Without looking back "Ringo" is muttered as Ringo continues looking around before sharply gasping when he looked into the hallway "What is it?" suddenly he stood up while Ranma covered Akane's eyes but was surprised when Ringo wrapped the blanket like a Greek robe before he even got up though when he pointed to the problem "Your board is unaesthetically loose, you should replace it. removing his hand from his own face Ranma shouts "Don't startle us like that we thought you lost your memory!"

"Sorry. it must be Tuesday at 75 degrees" moving on like they would understand he walks out leaving Ranma and Akane confused "W-wait I have a question!" turning around, Ringo stops abruptly "What is it?"

A bit hesitant worried if he would be insulted "What's with that feather?" like a switch flipping the room felt darker as Ringo's eyes narrowed as the lights abruptly turn back on with a "Sorry" coming from Genma while a sweat bead fell down Ranma and Akane's faces "Some old ghoul stuck it in my head as a kid because I 'broke' her pillow -not my fault it was weak-"

"You don't sound bothered by the story why did you do that when it got dark" Ranma inquired cautiously

"Because" a colder voice than usual he scrunches his face and squints again taking a demeaning and evil look "I cant see well in the dark" is face goes back to normal shortly after

"What was with that face just now!" Akane shouted

"I was holding back a sneeze"

The two fall defeatedly as Ringo walks off still in nothing but a well wrapped blanket leaving the house as Akane and Ranma follow close behind "Why is he out here with a blanket?" Akane whispered "Better than naked" though the two's silent conversation was interrupted by glass breaking "Get Back Here Thief!!" Ringo comes out of the broken window wearing the clothes he "happened" across -another large kimono- but strangely enough he seemed slower without his bird form though he was slipping around corners like they weren't there barely slowing down.

Being reminded of Happosai Akane wondered where he was until he landed in front of Ringo before hiding in his kimono after giving him a pair of sandals stuck to some panties he stole. And a moment later Cologne lands in front of them all "Have you seen Happy around here" when she spotted Ringo the two gasped "Why are you here little Shido" Cologne seemed to be nickname status with Ringo?

"Granny left the shop responsible to me" an awkward laugh left Ringo as Cologne glares at his expression before snatching the object Happosai stole which had the ability to control wind she then left after waving goodbye to Ringo "You know the old Ghoul?" said Ranma after helping Akane punt Happosai "Yes she was my babysitter for a while after the pillow incident and after I made her upset when I accidentally hid a few cards or was it... never mind."

"Now I should go check on the shop" Ringo begins to scale down the house heading to his shop "Wait up!" Ranma and Akane followed curious of the new shop in Nerima.

"Here it is" the group stood before a small shop but as they opened the door a assailant strikes at Ringo with scary precision though they missed rushing the fight to the middle of the street where the attacker stopped to pull out a card while shaking violently "My name is Yukue Fumei and I-I am you neighbor!"
