Invincible: Prisoner Mark

Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Invincible War 3

A green portal opened above the destroyed city of Tokyo. Invincible or Mark stepped out of it wearing Invincible's black and blue suit.

Mark looked at the city of Tokyo, which was destroyed and razed by Sinister Mark. On the ground, thousands of bodies were there, dismembered or in half.

"I killed my own father! You really think you can beat me?" Mark sighed with disappointment as he looked at Sinister Mark fighting with a group of heroes.

"Does he seriously say that to every hero he fights with?" Mark asked himself with a weirded-out expression. Plus, he killed his father by ripping him in half. He doubts that Sinister did anything like that.

Mark sighed before taking a flight to the place where he left Eve. Upon arriving, however, Mark clenched his fist as he noticed Eve was not in the building he left her.

"Who dares... I left for 4 minutes, and now they suddenly dare touch my woman?" Mark held back his rage as the air vibrated around his hands.

Turning around, Mark shot into the sky and started flying around the city. His body crossed around the city thousands of times in a single second.

Boom!

"Where is she!" Mark stopped himself from destroying the place as that would reveal that he is not the real Invincible. His rage-filled eyes looked around.

"Tch! Why can I have that super fucking hearing... Maybe I should raze this world and go to another one!" Mark uttered the words before he shook his head.

"No... That wouldn't be fun. I want to see who touched Eve," Mark's eyes flashed as he thought about the one who could have taken Eve while he was gone.

The only one that could do that was... Cecil.

Boom!

The clouds dispersed as Mark arrived above the Pentagon. His body released an oppressive aura that caused everyone in the vicinity to breathe harder.

Boom!

Mark broke into the Pentagon and was surprised to see that he was greeted by tens of ReAnimen attacking him from all directions. His face turned cold.

'What is going on?... They couldn't have known that I am not their Invincible.' Mark thought as the fists of the ReAnimen landed on him. Mark pretended to feel it as his body shouted out from the punches.

"Cecil! Stop this! Where is Eve?!" Mark shouted in pain as he dodged the attack of the ReAnimen. Mark waited a few seconds, but nothing happened as the Reanimen attacked still.

"Cecil, I will fight back if you don't turn them off!" Mark shouted again as he was slammed into the ground by a ReAnimen. The ground cracked, but they still did not stop.

"Cecil... This is the last chance you have..." Mark said as he got up. His fists clenched with anger as he looked at the ReAnimen. He wanted to tear them from limb to limb.

Suddenly, Mark heard a high-pitched sound. He looked to the ceiling, where a microphone was located. Cecil's voice started speaking from the radio.

"Invincible... or whoever you are. We are not stupid. We don't know what you did to our Invincible, but you are not smart," Cecil's voice came out of the radio, causing Mark to grit his teeth.

"How the fuck did you know?" Mark asked with genuine curiosity as he looked at the radio. He did not do anything that Invincible wouldn't, and he knows.

How did he find him out?

"Your body mass and size are different. Your density is many times greater than our Invincible. Not to mention the energy every step you take releases. It's like a living sun walking on Earth."

"Well, shit. Looks like I was doomed to fail from the start. But Cecil, where is Eve. Tell me, or I will burn this planet to the ground," Mark took his mask off, and his hair fell over his eyes.

His voice was cold and threatening as he looked towards the radio. Mark knew Cecil was watching his moves and was probably not in the Pentagon anymore.

"I don't think so," Mark looked at the tens of ReAnimen turned into a hundred. His lips turned up into a cruel smirk. His fist clenched as he smirked.

"Cecil, keep watching the Pentagon. I want to show you something," Mark said. Cecil suddenly felt uneasy as he watched the screen. Mark had vanished from view and was now above the Pentagon.

"I will show you... How fragile things are." Mark said as he flew down towards the Pentagon. His fist caused the ar to tremble before hitting the ground.

Cecil watched as everything turned into a crater five kilometres around. The Pentagon was gone, wiped off the map, and Mark was in the middle of the crater, looking at the sky with a smirk.

"My god... He is stronger than Nolan," Cecil muttered as he looked at the crater. Behind Cecil, a crying Eve watched all this while a cast was on her leg.

"Mark..." Eve muttered while crying as he looked at the screen. She did not know what this Mark did to her Mark, but it was probably nothing good, especially when he was wearing his suit.

Mark clenched his fist as he groaned in frustration. His plan to take over the life of Invincible looked less and less like it would succeed. All because of Cecil.

"Cecil! YOU'RE DEADDDDD!" Mark screamed towards the sky. The ground around him disintegrated, and the clouds dispersed from the energy his shout released.

Boom!

Mark shot into the sky, and his eyes looked down at the city below. Mark looked into space and flew off towards the moon. Upon arriving, Mark searched the entire moon.

"They don't have a base here either..." Mark muttered as he looked at the darkness around him. He was in the middle of the moon. You can't be sure as to where Cecil is hiding.

Boom!

The moon shook as Mark flew out of it. His eyes burned with fury as he looked down at the massive rock they call Earth. It would be so easy for him...

Fly through it like it's nothing, be over it. But for some reason, Mark felt like he had been humiliated and challenged by a lesser being. His women were taken, and his plan was ruined.

"Cecil... You better pray to whatever god you think is real. Because, oohhh, when I get you, Cecil," Mark shot back down to the planet in seconds to not destroy anything and kept searching.

"How could I find that rat?..." Mark asked himself as he flew around the planet. The other Invincibles looked at him in confusion about what he was doing.

"Wait... Did we have an Invincible who looked like him?" Sinister Martk asked himself as he looked at Mark flying away above the city. His eyes narrowed as he had an uneasy feeling.

"This reeks of something bad... I better hurry it up," Sinister Marks said as he crushed the head of another hero.
