Invincible: Prisoner Mark

Boom!

The door to the house exploded as Mark shot through it with the force of a freight train, slamming into the road outside and causing a crater to form.

"Ah, damn. I took a shower as well, a shame." Mark got up and patted the rocks and dust from his body. Eve flew out of the house, and her eyes held hate as she looked at Mark.

"What makes you think that because you look like Mark. I would love you?" Eve asked with venom in her voice as her body was surrounded by armour.

"You are right. But tell me something, Eve." Mark flew at Eve, and Eve flinched as he created a barrier. Mark's fist went through it like paper and grabbed Eve by her shoulder.

"Who said I need you to love me? My Eve loved me. That's enough for me," Eve's eyes widened as she felt the force increase on her shoulders. Eve tapped Mark on the arms, and Mark came out of his daze.

"Sorry, I was thinking about something. You want me to take you to the hospital?" Mark asked with worry in his tone. His eyes were confused as he looked at the hurt Eve.

Mark does not know why, but he keeps seeing Eve from his original world when she says she loves him. The warmth of her blood as his fist went through her.

When he killed her... Wait.

"No fucking way... She isn't dead," Eve looked at Mark in confusion as his face went from neutral. Mark looked away from her, his hands shining a green.

He killed Eve in this world, and she fucking rebirthed herself like a god. There is no way that his Eve is dead. They have the same power, so they should be capable of doing the same thing.

"Hey, Eve. How would you like it if another version of you were here?" Eve's eyes widened at the implications of Mark's words. Her mind immediately figured out what he was trying to say.

There were other versions of Mark's in this world, so there must be variant versions of Eve. 

"You monster! You already took Mark from me. Do you also want to bring another version of me here?!" Eve said with venom as she got up from the dirty ground. 

Mark smiled in response, and with a wave of his hand, a green portal appeared. Eve looked through the portal and felt her heart skip a beat at what she saw.

The darkness of space was filled with country-sized rocks. The remains of the moon floated calmly among the debris of Earth. Massive country-sized chunks of ice floating in space.

In between these massive chunks, many destroyed prison ships that were decimated floated with dead humans frozen into popsicles. The only prisoner ship still working was the one that held Debby and Eve.

Eve looked at the body of Debby lying on the floor. Her eyes were dull and lifeless as she watched the remains of the planet she once called home.

She was eating a burger she made with powers and a Coca-Cola with a chunk of ice. She was sitting calmly with Debby's body frozen in ice.

She was waiting for time to pass until it took her. Poor Eve did not even know that she couldn't die. She was going to suffer for an eternity, even after the heat death of the universe.

Living in eternal darkness without oxygen. Dying and being reborn in an endless cycle. Eventually, Eve would die trillions of times due to no oxygen.

Unless she mastered her powers to such a degree that subatomic manipulation would improve. She will be trapped in this universe forever until the universe begins again, and again, and again.

It would be a perfect cycle with no end in sight.

Boom!

Eve looked up from her meal and watched a green portal open above the prisoner ship. She recognised it as the portal that took Mark away from this place.

"Mark?..." Eve's lifeless eyes regained some light of hope as she watched the portal. Eve was not a stupid wench. She knew her fate in the future as she literally resurrected.

Mark stepped into the portal and smiled as he looked at Eve. Her face was visible in the window of the Prisoner ship. He flew towards her and smashed through the window.

Boom!

Eve erected a barrier to block the shards of glass from hitting her. Her eyes turned wet as she looked at Mark. Eve didn't hold back as she jumped at Mark.

"Thank god you came back! You idiot! Do you know what fate I would have suffered?" Eve cried into Mark's arms. Her emotions boiled out as her fears of the future and her regret poured out.

"Sorry, Eve. I realised that I liked you. After killing another version of you," Eve stopped crying and looked at Mark with confusion. Stepping aside for Eve to see. Eve looked into the green portal where Eve was looking through.

"Another version of me? How is that possible? Is the multiverse real?" Eve asked with shock in her voice. Mark smiled, his eyes on the frozen corpse behind Eve. 

"Yes, We are going to go to that dimension since this dimension is... Inadequate." Mark said with a smile as he looked at the destroyed planet and moon. Both his works.

"And whose fault it was, I wonder?" Eve sighed as she shook her head. Mark looked at Eve and noticed that her emotions were not hate or regret at him. She's not angry?

"Eve... Are you not angry? I destroyed the planet." Mark said with confusion. He doesn't care if she is angry or if she hates him. He is still going to make her his woman.

He is just confused.

"Mark. I was imprisoned by the Viltrumites. I was given a time limit to decide if I agreed to be a breeding tool for their race or if I would be killed." Eve said with a smile as she placed her palm on Mark's cheek.

"You destroying the planet was the best thing that could have happened to me and your mother," Eve said with relief. He shrugged as she picked Eve from the waist.

Boom!

Space trembled as Mark put Eve into the portal. Then, 600 times faster than light, he destroyed every chunk, piece or remains of the planet, the moon or the prisoner ships.

They disintegrated the moment he touched them. It turned into space dust floating without direction.

Mark flew through the portal and smiled as he saw Eve from his dimension and Eve from Invincible's dimension looking at each other.
