At the city's police station...

Everyone at the station saw Doctor Hei Yu arrive grinning so happily as if he had found a new toy. If the subject was only an ordinary person, the police at the station would only think that they had found something they loved the most, or something fun to play with.

However it is a completely different story if we are talking about the genius forensic doctor, Hei Yu. His interests are unique and it is something ordinary people will never be interested in. In short his life is something unique only for him. The world of the unknown and all kinds of corpses as well as their varying deaths. This is the interest of the doctor.

Thus, him looking so delighted now that he was so excited that he was about to jump around on the spot, means that he might have either found a unique corpse or something unrecorded in their world. For example, a demon remains, a living angel or possessed by a devil. That's why everyone inside the station turns vigilant and immediately asks him what is going on.

Doctor Hei Yu who just ran out of his laboratory carrying his instruments and all other things on his back was being stopped by his assistants.

"Doctor! Where are you going?"

"Teacher! Please return the equipment. You can bring those things outside of the station!"

"Nonsense! I need this to study my new toy! I'm bringing it all out with me!" said Doctor Hei Yu.

His assistant says again, "Teacher, can't you just bring the corpse over?"

"B-But... it's not dead yet," said Doctor Hei Yu.

Once everyone heard their lunatic doctor say that his new toy wasn't dead yet it means that he had seen something interesting on his way back to the station. Seeing that he was so excited to run out of the station meant that he was urged to get his tools and there was someone with him before he returned to the station.

Captain Lou Ye asked, "Doctor, didn't you have dinner with the bar owner in Purgatory?"

"I did. Lucy sent me back, but a demon blocked my way and he said that I should get my tools as he promised to give that demon's corpse!" answered Doctor Hei Yu as he finally struggled free from the one holding him back.

He said, "Don't stop me! Lucy said it's my new toy!"

Others failed to stop him as they were so shocked with what they had heard from the lunatic doctor. Only when their minds had digested the information that Police Captain Lou Ye immediately commanded for the police and military to follow Hei Yu.

Captain Lou Ye said, "Everyone, follow the doctor. We have a civilian fighting with a demon!"

"Yes, Captain Lou!"

Both the police and the military had run out of the station as soon as they were fully geared. But when they got to the scene, they saw their genius doctor all geared up dissecting the demon corpse from the video their commander shared to them a week ago. It was now lying on the cold street dead with its head being held in the hands of the doctor being admired.

Doctor Hei Yu was lifting up the demon's heads with his two hands and said, "Amazing. This is truly a cow's head, but with a human sized brain!"

On the other hand, they saw the bar owner sitting at the side bench watching Doctor Hei Yu playing around with the demon's corpse, even relaxing with a cigarette between his lifts, giving them a disinterested gaze. All the police officers and military looked surprised as they looked at the corpse and the clean bar owner who looked not only uninjured but also not a single drop of blood on him.

Moreover this bar owner wasn't even interested in their arrival and focused on watching Doctor Hei Yu dissect the demon in front of him. Polica Captain Lou Ye only observes the scene and most likely guess what his lord plans to do. Though doting the doctor is his main priority, getting the angels involved with the current situation in this human world was his secondary objective. That's why he had revealed his strength and intentionally defeated the demon targeting them.

As expected, both the police and the military couldn't believe what they had witnessed. Based on the recording they had found in the surroundings, they got the surveillance video and watched what happened before they arrived on the scene. They saw how the demon appeared from the shadows and blocked the doctor and the bar owner.

What is surprising was that the bar owner was unmoved and not even frightened when the demon appeared before them. On the other hand, their mad doctor looks excited seeing a demon with his own eyes. Thus, when the God of Void said he will give him the demon corpse and that he is to get his tools for better investigation, Doctor Hei Yu lost his happiness and ran back to the station.

As for what happened to the bar owner after he left, the doctor doesn't care. After all, that doctor with problems in his head would always take things seriously only at things that interest him. It was just that the recording they had witnessed was beyond normal. How can the bar owner defeat a demon on his own? A single human against a demon? That is simply impossible after all, both forces lost a lot of their men when the demon first attacked. That can only mean that this bar owner was most likely not a human. As expected they pulled out their guns on them and pointed them on Lucifer.

"What the hell are you!?" a police officer as he held his gun with shaking hands as he was terrified to imagine what kind of creature can kill a demon as powerful as the cow demon that looks like a minotaur.

The doctor saw them do such a thing and then looked at them like fools. This was done so Captain Lou Ye was even able to speak up.

"Ah~ look how beautiful this head is! Lucy, don't you think it's pretty?" asked Doctor Hei Yu.

The God of Void said, "You must be blind. It's ugly. It's just a stupid cow."

It seems that even though the God of Void pampers the doctor, he still sounds as sarcastic as always and would never mince his words with things like this.

Some police officers and soldiers were so nervous facing the bar owner that one of them pulled the trigger while shouting.

"Don't ignore us, you monster!"

The gun was pointed in the direction of the God of Void and the bullet towards him. But under everyone's gaze, a huge white wing unfurled from the back of the bar owner's back and blocked the bullet with no problem.

The God of Void moves his gaze from the doctor to the group of police officers and soldiers. From his initial gentleness to coldness that freeze even the time to stop. Those who had met his gaze trembled so badly that they felt suffocated.

The God of Void averted his gaze from them back to the doctor who was enjoying himself at the street dissecting the demon's body. His icy eyes had once again gained softness that would fit someone of the holy creature.

Police Captain Lou Ye asked, "Are you the doctor's guardian angel?"

A slight smile appeared on the God of Void's lips and said, "That sounds a bit right."

"Then can you help us kill all the demons?" a police officer asked.

The God of Void said, "Why should I do that? I can't get involved with humans. Fighting demons indiscriminately may ignite the war between angels and devils. When that happens you humans are the first one to be killed. After all, you are far too weak~"

The humans in the area didn't deny it. Except for the Captain Lou Ye who is not human, only Doctor Hei Yu remains uninterested in the conversation. It can be said that he is enjoying himself so well that he is covered in blood splatters looking like a lunatic and a murder.
