Sincere go they and see the building 

He wear sunglasses and see all building using his Tiger eye.

His Tiger eye can tell if the building is safe or they might be any accident.

He see the building and said to James Dad gave me all the building 

James don't understand why he want this many building but he gave them to him anyway these are no use for him.

Sincere take them and went to his car and call someone to sold all of them.

His Tiger eye told him that all of the building will be disaster. Some have fire accident. And some earthquake.

And said driver to take him to real estate agent.
