Harem System: Spending Money On Women For 100% Rebate!

Chapter 182: Ghost From The...!

Kyle had unknowingly interrupted something that could have caused more tension in his relationship, but this didn't stop the ladies from having their fun.

Jane slept in the parlour with Ella—there was no reason to leave her friend all alone. She wasn't going to abandon her, and Kyle didn't mind; he needed rest to sleep off the stress of the night.

The evening hadn't gone as he expected or wanted, and it came to an end soon after.

Morning came, and Kyle was passed out on the bed. He woke up much later than usual, but no one had woken him up—or at least, that's what it seemed like, because Kyle was roused by a light smack on his legs.

His eyes shot open, but it took a minute for him to make out who was standing in front of him. He had to wipe his eyes to clear his blurry vision, and to his surprise, he saw Ella—but she wasn't in her usual clothes.

She was wearing his shirt, and her breasts were stretching it out. Kyle wondered why she was wearing his clothes but quickly guessed that Jane must have had something to do with it.

"Wake up," Ella said, staring directly at Kyle. Kyle could tell she was getting comfortable, but this was a little too comfortable for his liking.

"What do you want? Get out," Kyle muttered, adjusting on the bed, hoping to drift back into sleep, but Ella wasn't going to let that happen.

Before Kyle could slip back into his peaceful slumber, he screamed in pain as Ella jumped on him with all her strength.

"ARRRGGGHHH!" Kyle screamed at the top of his lungs.

Jane was in the kitchen fixing breakfast when Kyle's voice echoed through the walls. She sighed, already knowing who was responsible for the noise. Ella was like this when she became comfortable with someone, but Jane knew this was partly her fault.

She had told Ella to check if Kyle was awake because breakfast was ready but had momentarily forgotten how close Ella and Kyle had become.

"Here we are," Ella's voice echoed behind Jane. She turned to see Ella holding Kyle by his singlet.

"G-Good morning, Kyle," Jane greeted, but Kyle looked like he was over it by this point. Jane, however, had on an apron and a cute little dress.

Kyle broke free from Ella's tight grip and went to meet Jane.

"Good morning, beautiful," Kyle murmured under his breath, hugging Jane tightly.

Ella was happy that her friend had found a man like Kyle. As she admired their relationship, Kyle spoke up.

"You know, it's not nice to leave your animal unchained," Kyle teased Jane.

"Why you…!" Ella cursed as she charged at Kyle, but Kyle couldn't help but laugh when Jane stepped in front of Ella to calm her down.

Jane knew of the plan for Ella to visit her home, but there wasn't a date set yet.

"You know what, how about we do it today?" Kyle asked out of the blue, leaving both women confused.

"What are you talking about? Did I hit you too hard?" Ella questioned, but Kyle chuckled.

"No, silly. I want us to go to the place where it all began. Maybe I can uncover the truth behind your natural strength… Mister Ella," Kyle teased, implying that Ella was a man who became a woman.

Ella couldn't hide her smile. It was a good one, and she couldn't be mad at such a clever retort.

"But I don't want to pressure you. We don't have to do this if you're not ready," Kyle reassured her, his playful tone gone.

"I don't think there will ever be a perfect time, but it would be arrogant of me to think the future will allow me this chance again," Ella said, and Kyle appreciated her logic.

The future was uncertain, and there was a chance that this opportunity might not present itself again.

People procrastinate because they're arrogant enough to think the universe will grant them infinite chances to complete a task.

Ella wasn't about to make that mistake, especially since she had already lost her parents and missed their funeral.

"Jane, what about you? Are you down for a little adventure?" Kyle asked, keeping Jane in the conversation and reminding her that she had a say too.

"I have nothing else to do," Jane replied. Her job had extended her vacation because Kyle had visited the manager to sway them.

"It's decided then…" Kyle said, and the trip to one of the most famous cities in American pop culture—Beverly Hills—was set in motion.

"I'll need to let my sister know I'm coming," Ella said, but Jane looked hesitant.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Jane asked.

"It's fine, I promise. I don't know why, but I no longer hold any hate towards her," Ella said.

Jane didn't know what Ella had discussed with her sister during the hospital visit, but she did know that Cleopatra could have easily delivered the news over the phone. There had to be a reason she came in person.

Despite this being for the best, it put a hold on Kyle's plan. Going today was no longer in their hands.

"Alright then, let me know what she says," Kyle replied, and Ella nodded.

This was the summary of their morning as they had breakfast together soon after.

However, shortly after breakfast, Kyle received a message from a familiar contact—it was Calista.

[[We need to talk… NOW!]] The message read, displaying a sense of urgency.

[[What's wrong?]] Kyle replied.

[[It's about the message. I found out who it is, and I think it's best we speak in person.]] Calista responded. Kyle understood the importance of speaking in person for some matters.

[[Fine, I'll see you in an hour.]] Kyle typed.

"Who are you texting, looking all serious?" Ella asked from across the room, but Kyle didn't give her much of a response, knowing she was just trying to get a reaction out of him.

-

Calista had been speaking with the stranger all night and gathered some disturbing information.

This person knew things about Kyle that they shouldn't have known.

Calista didn't know how, but it was clear that this person knew Kyle on a personal level.

That's when they introduced themselves as his sister.
