Chapter 35: A journey through hell 2
Shikama Doji gazed deeply and mysteriously at Lucifer, his thoughts entangled in the complex connection between them. This connection was rooted in Shikama Doji's true identity—an identity that originated from the world of [Seraph of the End]. One of Shikama Doji's names was "Sigma." Sigma is the eighteenth letter of the Greek alphabet and represents the number 18. At first glance, the number 18 might not seem significant, but when you break it down, it leads to the number 666—a number that, in many satanic beliefs and modern interpretations of Christian mythology, symbolizes the Antichrist and Satan (Lucifer). With a bit of reflection, one could conclude that Shikama Doji's true name in the world of [Seraph of the End] is Lucifer.
Lucifer was Shikama Doji's true name in the world of [Seraph of the End]. Shikama Doji stared at Lucifer with playful eyes and a mysterious smile, as if challenging him. Lucifer, this powerful and enigmatic being, was in some ways Shikama Doji's counterpart in this world. Shikama Doji spoke in a calm and humorous tone, "You can address me however you like. It doesn't matter to me whether I'm seen as male or female. I've come here to ask for your permission, as this is your domain. I've brought my dear disciple, Solomon, here for training."
Lucifer tilted his head slightly and stared at Shikama Doji with an amused expression. A massive aura emanated from Lucifer's body, so powerful that it distorted the space around him. Solomon's body began to tremble uncontrollably just from being near this aura. Shikama Doji, with a gentle smile, placed his hand on Solomon's shoulder, and his body returned to normal. Then, Shikama Doji also released an equally powerful aura, locking eyes with Lucifer. The clash of their auras caused the walls of the palace to crack and spatial rifts to form. It was as if space-time was on the verge of collapse.
Lucifer frowned and slowly retracted his aura. Shikama Doji did the same. Lucifer knew well that if he engaged in an all-out battle with Shikama Doji, nearly all of Hell would be destroyed. Such a battle would not only require a long time to rebuild Hell but would also leave Hell vulnerable to Heaven. The drawbacks of such a war were far too great.
Lucifer glared at Shikama Doji and said, "You can stay here with this puppet and do whatever you want." But deep inside, unpleasant memories from his past resurfaced—memories from before his fall. Shikama Doji was dragging him back to that time, a time he preferred to forget.
Shikama Doji, with his playful smile, replied, "Thank you very much, Your Majesty." This sentence caused the veins on Lucifer's forehead to bulge. For a moment, Lucifer was tempted to attack Shikama Doji, but he took a deep breath and restrained himself. Shikama Doji was truly getting on his nerves.
Lucifer spoke in a cold and harsh voice, "If you have nothing else to say, leave." His gaze was filled with anger, clearly indicating that he no longer wanted to see Shikama Doji's face. Shikama Doji simply smiled in response, a smile that only fueled Lucifer's anger further. If Lucifer lost control, he would undoubtedly attack Shikama Doji.
Shikama Doji, in his playful tone, said, "You're being so harsh, Your Majesty. This is no way to treat a guest." This remark made Lucifer clench his teeth, and the veins on his forehead bulged even more. It seemed as though he was about to burst from anger.
Lucifer shouted loudly and furiously, "Get out!!!!!" His voice echoed throughout the palace, causing many of Hell's creatures to tremble in fear. They had never seen their master so enraged before. Shikama Doji, with his mysterious and playful smile, accompanied Solomon and left the palace.
After Shikama Doji's departure, Lucifer placed his hand on his throne and pressed down with anger. The throne was destroyed in an instant. He no longer wanted to see Shikama Doji's face. The old, unpleasant memories continued to creep into his mind.
Meanwhile, Shikama Doji and Solomon were flying. After a few minutes, they landed on a volcanic mountain. Shikama Doji, gazing at the distant horizon, said to Solomon, "This is a suitable place for your training. Are you ready?" Solomon nodded and prepared to undergo his master's teachings.
