The treasure that the emperor had found more than a century ago had the ability to instantly increase the strength of a person by a large margin.
Though he would be left in a very weakened state after the pill's effects wear off, as the emperor swallowed the pill, his aura instantly began to increase in intensity.
"Now you will face true strength, an overwhelming force that will make you regret everything." As he spoke, he felt his strength increasing rapidly.
Originally, the emperor was at the fourth- star level, but as the pill started working to its limits, he began to level up quickly.
Low level of four- star.
Mid level of four- star.
High level of four- star.
Within moments his strength soared to such high levels; gritting his teeth, he concentrated his mind on the pill in his body, bringing his strength close to the 5- star level.
"I am almost at 5- star, and even though a genuine 5- star level could defeat me, it should be more than enough to take care of this nuisance," the emperor thought, his green face twisting into an ugly smile.
Jayden didn't seem impressed; he glanced back at his family and saw their worried expressions. With a smile, he spoke:
"Emi, look carefully, this is how a pig threatening our family is slaughtered. Don't let something like this scare you."
"Mmm," as Emma heard his voice, for some reason she felt quite relaxed; she smiled and nodded, feeling fully confident in her brother.
"Are you done? Whether you use that or not, it won't make a difference; you are just too weak," Jayden spoke in an emotionless tone.
The emperor gritted his teeth, feeling his rage bubbling up and about to burst. Since his body itself is made of poison, which allows him to use extremely deadly poisons, he had always had an advantage when fighting opponents stronger than him.
Just one lucky hit could allow him to kill or severely injure even foes much stronger than him.
"Hmph, I am going to wipe that look off your face; you'll feel a pain that you couldn't even have ever imagined is possible." The emperor spoke, raising both his arms to his side as large spheres made of poisonous energy began to take form.
He relished the feeling of so much energy coursing through his body; he had never felt so strong. There was such a huge gap between four- star and being so close to five- star— it was too overwhelming.
"Hah, acting scary with a face like that is actually a bit funny, and here I thought nothing could be more ugly and foul- smelling than shit. Guess I was wrong," Jayden laughed lightly, pointing a finger toward the emperor.
"Kakakaka! And I never thought something could be this infuriating; congratulations, your effort just succeeded. You have angered me like never before, and now you are going to face the consequences: die," the emperor spoke, rage filling him, his veins bulging.
Then he confidently sent the two spheres rolling towards Jayden, confident they would at the very least injure him; so the emperor crossed his arms as more pus exploded all over his skin because of the overwhelming strength.
"So you pride yourself on the potency of your poison? You believe it can kill me? Let us see if it really is the case," Jayden spoke, his forefinger pointed towards the emperor.
"Why does this line sound so familiar? Didn't the first and second face the same thing? T- There is no way this creature can defeat me, at least not in my current form," the emperor thought, feeling a bit nervous all of a sudden.
A tiny, barely visible drop of blood appeared over Jayden's finger; it had an ethereal glow to it that made it impossible to see its colour. The small quantity flowed out of the pores at the tip of his finger.
The emperor narrowed his eyes, looking at the drop of blood floating in front of Jayden's finger. His lips curled into a smile as he thought: "It seems this creature is underestimating me, does he really believe this half a drop of his blood could contend with me?"

As the two spheres of poisonous energy cut through the space, creating explosive noise as they whirled towards Jayden, the energy contained in the attack could easily destroy countless planets within moments.
Jayden expressionlessly shot the tiny drop of blood forward; it produced a whistling sound, breaking the space apart into shambles. The pressure it exhibited was at least ten times higher than the emperor's attack.
"W- What...?" The emperor was taken aback as Jayden's attack collided with his own, and the result was something he couldn't have imagined.
The two energy balls popped as if they were nothing more than soap bubbles; all the energy they contained was absorbed into the drop of blood instantly as it suddenly appeared in front of the emperor.
It was so sudden that even with his increased strength, he didn't even have the time to blink; he immediately understood that he was highly mistaken.
He believed Jayden to be at most at the high level of three stars, which is why he was so confident; but now he understood that Jayden was undoubtedly much, much stronger than even the level 5- star.
"Ooof uggghh," the drop of blood struck his chest, but it didn't pierce through his body; instead, it was absorbed into his own blood.
"W- What have you done to me? There is no way that it was just your blood; what have you mixed in it— ughhh, aaaaaaaah! What k— kind of uwaaaaaah poison is it? Ughhhh, cough cough. It's so painful, ahhhhhhhhh!"
The emperor screamed as he fell to the ground and began to roll around; the colour of his body continued to change and veins began to burst all over his body.
He couldn't even muster a bit of his strength as he continued to scream, feeling as though his blood had turned into lava and something was constantly cutting at his internal organs.
While the emperor continued to suffer and scream, Jayden turned his gaze towards the stunned crowd; none of them could believe that this person had actually been able to beat their emperor to such a state in just a single attack.
"O- Our emperor is so strong that he could kill most of the people with his p— poison within moments, yet he is screaming just because of a s— single drop of blood?" someone spoke, despite the dread they were feeling, no one in the crowd could move their bodies.
"W- What kind of demon is this? I'm scared, why can't we move?" another person spoke in fear.
"There is n— no one left. All generals are dead, the guardians and most of the other warriors, all of them are dead, and now even the e— emperor is on the verge of death."
"What should we d— do?"
"Please spare us, we haven't done anything. We are powerless."
There were millions of people who had come there to enjoy the show; but now they were trapped in the very grand colosseum that once brought them so much joy and excitement.
