A black line slid down Xia Yi's forehead. "The way you said that makes me feel like a total fool."

"If you don't believe me, go ask the Silver Dragon King." Ice God's Heart snorted coldly.

"How do I get out of here now?" Xia Yi asked, staring at the Seed of Nature in front of him. He really wanted to take it.

But then he remembered that this was Shrek Academy, so he held himself back.

Haste makes waste. He would find another way in the future.

"Don't rush to leave. Stay and study the Seed of Nature first." Ice God's Heart didn't care whether Xia Yi trusted her or not.

Compared to the Seed of Nature, whether or not Xia Yi trusted her was insignificant.

I'm guessing that either your body wants you to take control of the Seed of Nature, or it wants you to absorb the Golden Ancient Tree's power to evolve your martial soul. Personally, I think the second option is more likely, since you were absorbing the Golden Ancient Tree's power while cultivating earlier. Why not try continuing to cultivate?" Ice God's Heart suggested.

Xia Yi frowned slightly. He didn't know if Ice God's Heart was lying to him.

What if his absorption of the Golden Ancient Tree's power caused the life force of the entire Douluo Star to decline?

"You know about the Dragon God? Could you actually be the Ice God?" Xia Yi suddenly asked.

On the Douluo Continent, not many knew about the Dragon God's existence. Aside from the few remaining soul beasts, only deities could possibly know of the Dragon God.

In fact, most deities didn't even know the Dragon God's name.

"Then I'll call you 'Little Ice.'" Xia Yi muttered to himself. After saying it, he even asked, "How's my naming sense?"

"Getting mad won't help—you can't hurt me no matter what, because I'm your Master." Xia Yi said smugly.

"Call me whatever you want. Like I said before, if you want to know my identity, first get me the power of the Child of Nature." Ice God's Heart stopped arguing and fell silent.

"Little Ice!"

"Icey!"

"Big Sis!"

"Ice God-sama!"

No matter what Xia Yi called her, she pretended not to hear.
