Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 149: 9999 Icy Swords

The hundreds of blue glowing blades floating above Max suddenly ignited in red flames, and an aura unlike any that had been sensed by those watching the battle began to emanate from them.

"How? How can a flame burn in my domain?" Revenna exclaimed, stunned, as she watched the hundreds of swords floating above Max, blazing with red-hot flames.

A domain was her absolute territory, even though it was an incomplete one. With her level 3 Ice Aura as the base of her domain, it should have been impossible for any flames to burn within it unless they were enhanced by a level 3 Flame Aura.

Most importantly, she could sense an intense aura emanating from the flames surrounding the blades. The aura was unlike anything she had ever encountered before. The intensity was threatening, yet not strong enough to harm her.

It wasn't just Revenna who felt the uniqueness of the strange aura. The other geniuses watching the battle also sensed it.

"What is this feeling I'm getting from these flames? Is that an aura?" Arthur Gale of the South wondered aloud.

"I feel a bit of threat from these flames… What is this?" Veylin muttered, his brows furrowing.

Amelia narrowed her eyes, observing the red flames with a serious expression. "The intent of that aura is on the same level as level 3 auras, but I don't feel a level 3 aura from it. This is very strange."

Crown Prince Aelric gave a slight smile and nodded. "I guess we'll see more of it today." His words held many meanings, but nobody paid much attention to them, as all eyes were focused on the flames and the aura they emitted.

Only Five seemed to understand something, looking at Max with a curious expression.

"You said I can't use flames here…" Max grinned, looking directly at Revenna.

Revenna frowned, still unable to comprehend how Max had managed this, nor how the strange aura surrounded the flames. However, she understood it was time to end this battle.

"You're a package full of miracles, but it all ends here," Revenna said, commanding all of her ice monsters surrounding Max to kill him.

As soon as she issued her command, hundreds of monsters surrounding Max began to rage, charging toward him. Some launched attacks, while others simply aimed to stamp him into the ground with their massive legs.

Max smiled at the sight, pointing his right hand toward the stampede of ice monsters.

Two hundred of his swords flew at his command, their trails leaving a red light as they blazed through the white world of ice, charging toward the horde of ice monsters.

The slaughter began almost immediately. His hundreds of swords, blazing with red flames, sliced through one ice monster after another as if cutting through tofu. The ice monsters stood no chance against the fiery blades and were rapidly cut down.

Although the two hundred glowing swords were weaker than the previous ten, the flames surrounding the blades made up for the damage dealt to the ice monsters.

Furthermore, for his flames to burn within Revenna's domain, under her level 3 Ice Aura, Max had infused 5% of his Fusion State aura into the flames coating his swords. This not only allowed the flames to burn in her domain but also amplified the sharpness of the blades and the explosiveness of the flames.

The result was inevitable. Though the ice monsters were numerous, they stood no chance against Max's two hundred blazing swords. They were slaughtered until nothing remained but shattered ice crystals scattered across the battlefield.

Max glanced at Revenna, ready to speak, when he once again sensed something beneath the surface where he stood.

Almost instantly, hundreds of ice spikes shot up from the ground, their pointed tips aimed at him. But before they could reach him, hundreds of blue-colored dots zipped through the spikes like laser lights, completely destroying them into small pieces.

However, that wasn't the end. Soon after, dozens of massive hands made of ice rose from the ground and grabbed hold of him. The sheer number of hands, combined with their size, made it appear as though Max was trapped at the top of an ice peak, unable to escape.

Max felt the binding was stronger than anything he had felt before, but he made no attempt to resist. Turning toward Revenna, he smiled. "Don't you see? Your domain is useless against me. Your level 3 Ice Aura is useless against me. There's no point in fighting an opponent you can't defeat."

As he spoke, the hundreds of glowing blue dots shot in and out of the ice peak, completely destroying it and freeing Max.

"Accept your defeat and make it easy for both of us, will you?" Max asked politely, glancing at Revenna. "Otherwise, I'll have to destroy your so-called domain with my lotus technique, and I'm sure you don't want that to happen."

Revenna's expression calmed as she gazed at Max with narrowed eyes. "There's one more thing I'd like to try," she said, closing her eyes as the ice world around them began to slowly melt, until all the ice on the stage had vanished.

Only Max and Revenna remained on the stage.

Then, with a flick of her wrist, Revenna opened her eyes and raised her right hand. Almost immediately, frost began to emit from her, condensing into swords—hundreds of swords.

Within moments, thousands of ice swords surrounded Revenna and Max on the stage, floating ominously above them like a sea of icy daggers. The sheer number of swords glimmered with sharp, deadly frost, their cold auras blanketing the entire battlefield.

In comparison, Max's two hundred swords, blazing with red flames, seemed almost insignificant next to the overwhelming presence of the icy arsenal. Yet, despite being outnumbered, the intensity of the fiery glow refused to diminish.

Max smirked, his confidence unwavering. "Quantity doesn't matter if they can't match the quality."

Revenna smiled, glancing at the swords above her. "There are exactly 9,999 ice swords floating above us, each one stronger than your swords." With a flick of her wrist, two hundred of the ice swords shot forward like meteors, aimed directly at Max's blazing arsenal.

Max's smirk deepened as he raised his hand, his fiery swords glowing brighter with red flames. "Let's see whose swords dominate!"

The two forces collided mid-air, and the battlefield erupted into chaos.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Each clash sent shockwaves rippling outward, the air filled with a deafening symphony of explosions as fire and ice collided in a dazzling display of light and power. Red flames hissed and sputtered as they met icy frost, the air crackling with energy from their battle.

For a moment, it seemed as though Max's blazing swords could hold their ground. They slashed through the icy blades, leaving trails of molten frost in their wake. But Revenna's ice swords were relentless, cutting through the flames like a glacier carving through stone.

Crack!

One by one, Max's swords began to shatter under the overwhelming might of Revenna's icy onslaught. Fiery fragments rained down like shooting stars, their heat dissipating as the frost consumed them.

Despite the fierce resistance, the tide was clear. Each explosion grew weaker, each clash more one-sided, until the last of Max's flaming swords exploded into embers, leaving only the icy swords hovering triumphantly in the air.

Revenna leaned back in her throne of ice, her expression calm yet victorious. "I told you, Max. Your flames are no match for my frost. The stage belongs to me now." Enjoy exclusive content from My Virtual Library Empire

Her tone turned solemn. "Though, to finish you off, I'll use my 10,000th sword on you."
