Destroying My Own World

Chapter 254: Little Adventure. (2)

Mykel opened the giant door so slowly that he knew Little Beldathiel was asleep. Since she hadn't completely inherited her [Sloth] skill, she was still aware of her surroundings.

Everyone looked at the small version of Beldathiel, and they wanted to pinch her cheeks until they ripped apart. Of course, the current Beldathiel still had her chubby cheeks, and all the girls had their turn to play with her face while she was asleep.

They all waited outside and were still hidden from the system except for Mykel who showed himself.

Mykel sat down next to Little Beldathiel who was sleeping while hugging her own gold feathered wings. She was awoken by Mykel's presence, but she was still half awake so Mykel gently caressed her hair.

"I have brought you a gift, you can play with it," Mykel said as he put the dice next to Little Beldathiel. "I have bestowed you a small portion of the power, and only you who can use its power, so always keep it by your side," Mykel continued.

Beldathiel opened her eyes and wanted to see who it was, and that was when she saw Mykel's face. She wondered who he was, but his warmth and gentle touch made her sleepy. She couldn't resist it and fell asleep again, but this time she hugged the cube so tightly.

Mykel walked away and the moment he left the room and closed the door behind him, Beldathiel pounced at him and hugged him tightly. She was sniffling and she looked so happy for some reason because she remembered that moment.

"I knew it wasn't Lucifer," Beldathiel said. "When I first saw you, I knew you looked familiar, and my thought wasn't Lucifer, but someone else," Beldathiel continued.

Mykel chuckled softly and nodded his head.

"Wow, so she's basically your favorite character, huh?" Aurea asked with her arms crossed and was jealous about it.

"Always has been," Mykel answered.

Beldathiel spread her wings and flapped them repeatedly because of how happy she was when she heard that.

"This might be the only thing that we interfered with, but I want you guys to keep an eye on everything and make sure nothing goes off course," Mykel said.

They all nodded and then went back to check on Little Mykel's life since the final five years would be the most critical moment. They prepared to keep an eye on Little Mykel every second of his life until he entered his novel world.

The day had finally come, the day when Mykel published his first volume of the novel. It only took a day for everyone to recognize the novel and how it became a hit in less than a week. The novel went booming in less than a month, and that was when Mykel got his first big paycheck.

Two years had passed since then and Mykel was still the same as the day he became famous. His relationship with Sasha was as romantic and adorable as always. But, that was when everything started to change and how he started to look at the sky above the sky.

"Look at you, starting to wear a suit and tie," Elena said as he looked at Little Mykel walk out of the mall. "You start working out, learn how to fight, widen your social circles, take care of your image, and lastly become a man," Elena continued.

Mykel hummed and he looked around because he found that something was off.

"The woman in a red dress. I don't find her anywhere," Amaryllis said after she scanned the whole mall. "He should be meeting her anytime soon, but why is she nowhere to be found?" Amaryllis asked with her eyebrows furrowed.

"Zeth, it's your turn," Mykel said.

"With pleasure," Zherlthsh chuckled and slowly transformed herself and became the woman in a red dress.

Zherlthsh bumped into Little Mykel and her aura alone was enough to charm him. She then seduced him and tried to bring him to a hotel since that was the scenario from his past.

"So your theory is right. This is different from the previous ones since this is exactly like your past," Luciel said as she approached Mykel. "Everything that happened to you and what you encountered in the past, none of them were coincidence. You were the one who created the path for him," Luciel continued.

"I realize it now the moment I gave Beldathiel her dice back," Mykel nodded his head in agreement and watched Little Mykel leave the mall with Zherlthsh. "Now that we all know that. It's time for you ladies to corrupt me," Mykel said as he looked at Vixelleth and all the other Demon Princesses.

"No wonder you're so good in bed, Mykel. Turns out we were the ones who trained you," Nefarath said as she looked at Mykel. "It's also no wonder you could please all of us," Nefarath continued as she chuckled mischievously.

All of them started to change their appearances and became the women that Mykel slept with. Those women were the ones who kept him company and turned him into a different person.

After giving it thought for days and nights, Mykel wondered if he was truly the one who created the cycle or if there was another him previously. Thinking about that made him feel a bit unease, but he was so sure about one thing. The fact that he didn't get a message or a warning from his other self after everything he had been through, meant he was the first one.

Another two years passed, and the relationship between Little Mykel and Sasha took a huge turn. They could see her life being caged in the apartment and how she worked on the novel on her own. Mykel watched her suffer and realized that he was indeed the source of her suffering, using her as a stepping stone even from behind the scenes.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Amaryllis asked as she looked at Mykel who was watching Sasha curl up on the bed. "Today is the day she took her life, and I don't want you to see her die for the millionth time," Amaryllis said as she clenched her fist on Mykel's back and hid behind his back.

"No, I won't. I had enough of it," Mykel answered and her death was no longer affecting him, nor any of them.

Sasha's death was the beginning of the downfall of Little Mykel, and that was when he started to take over the story from Sasha. It went exactly as what Mykel experienced, but of course, they had to be a part of the haters to drive Little Mykel's hatred toward Asmond.

"This is it, the same bastard that talks shit to you. This is my favorite part of this whole thing," Aurea said as she watched Little Mykel smoke his cigarette and wait for the guy who texted him.

"Well, this time we're not going to watch it. Let's head into the novel world," Mykel said.

Aurea was disappointed, but she managed to see Little Mykel flick his cigarette at the guy before she entered the portal. They waited for Little Mykel to come out of the police station inside the novel world.

"For the past fifteen years, everything has been going so smoothly. Based on our experience, I don't think there was a single coincidence that happened back then," Jeanne pointed out. "Does that mean from here on out he will be moving forward on his own without our interference?" Jeanne asked as she looked at Mykel.

"We'll see, but I'm thinking the same thing that from here on out, I believe will be watching," Mykel answered as he nodded his head in agreement.

Little Mykel walked out of the police station, and then he was confused that he was no longer on Earth.

"What the..." Little Mykel said as he looked at the city and realized it wasn't the same city he was living in, and the whole area looked unfamiliar to him.

"Wait, where am I?" Little Mykel said to himself as he saw people walking past him. "Excuse me, Miss? Where is this?" Little Mykel asked a woman who had just walked past him.

"Where is this? You're in District 1," The woman said as she looked at Little Mykel from top to bottom.

"District 1?" Little Mykel asked as he shook his head and furrowed his eyebrows.

The woman nodded and pointed at the billboard.

Mykel Little looked up and he was shocked when he saw the message on the billboard.

[Welcome to District 1, the district of the best awakeners born!]

"No fucking way, I'm inside the world of my own novel?" Little Mykel mumbled to himself.

"It's weird to see that he's making the same reaction and questions that I did back then," Mykel chuckled.
