Chapter 210: Blood Rush VS Joy.

Her drug, which is also called Blood Rush, is a pretty high-class drug that is difficult to produce. It requires a lot of human flesh, so Blood Rush herself needs a lot of suppliers. This has made her clash with Slasher many times before.

Slasher doesn't produce his drug himself. He has a subordinate that converts human flesh into a gene-unraveling drug that grants euphoria and a temporary, but strong boost to strength.

The drug is called Joy, and it is clearly bad for one's health. Anyone that uses it once will get addicted to it. Their gene chain will break after that one use, so they will need more of Joy to fill in the gaps and hold them together for a while.

But that will only delay the inevitable. Eventually, the user will become insane and go on a killing spree using the boost to their strength with no regard for their lives.

Both gangs need human flesh for their business. While Joy needs less human flesh, which makes it cheaper, it is also a dangerous drug that no one in their right mind should take.

Blood Rush, on the other hand, is a high-class drug with very few side effects. It is expensive and brings in a lot of money, which is one of the reasons why Slasher honed in on her supplier in the first place.

Slasher had wanted to acquire Blood Rush to make drugs for him just like he acquired the maker of Joy. Unfortunately, Blood Rush is not easy to take down. So he honed in on her supplier to pressure her.

This has been working for a while because Blood Rush had a lot of suppliers, and she had a lot of people that were angry with her for taking so much of the supply in the city.

But then the Dollar Cabal was formed. Blood Rush couldn't remain content with her current supply of human flesh, so she began offending a lot of people. Slasher is just one of those people.

Blood Rush tried to negotiate with him, but it failed. He is the first one to push back, so he will be the first one to be put down. His death will warn the others not to stand in Blood Rush's way anymore.

Kelvin made his way to Slasher's base in a few minutes. It didn't take much time because it was in the city.

The sensitive equipment needed to create and store Joy can't bear the interference of incursion that happens in the wilds. This means he will have to go up a skyscraper to reach Slasher.

He got into the building and went into the elevator. He changed into his diamond physique as the elevator move up the building.

He got into the building and went into the elevator. He changed into his diamond physique as the elevator moved up the building.

As he ascended, he thought of Slasher's ability. He shook his head in pity after remembering what it was that made Slasher so feared in the underworld.

He said out loud, "You are out of luck, buddy."

The elevator stopped on the floor of Slasher's gang. Then it opened for him to get off.

Through the door, he saw five gun-wielding guards and a reinforced door preventing access to the rest of the establishment. The guards looked nervous. They practically jumped when the door of the elevator opened.

He said to Wrath, "It looks like Slasher is a smart guy. He appears to be prepared for an enemy attack."

Wrath chuckled and said, "But it won't be enough."

He nodded in agreement. "No, it won't."

He got out of the elevator and began to approach the guards.

Their leader shouted at him, "Hey, who are you?"

He didn't reply, which made all the guards tense up and point their guns at him.

The leader shouted at him, "Stop there."

He didn't stop. He didn't stop when they opened fire on him. He didn't stop when the leader of the guards produced water whips with the water in the jugs nearby and tried to whip him with the whips.

The water whips slashed his clothes but splashed harmlessly against his chest. They also couldn't bind him because he could cut through them. Soon, he also cut through the leader of the guards and the four guards behind him.

An alarm had begun blaring, but he didn't stop there. He cut through the reinforced door smoothly with his arm that had turned into a blade. Then he proceeded to cut down everything between him and Slasher.

It didn't take long for him to achieve these things. In less than a minute, he had killed everyone that tried to stop him and found Slasher.

He didn't kill everyone in the gang because he wanted eyewitnesses. Only the ones who tried to stop him were killed, and they were killed in the same way. He cut them in half from their head to their crotch.

All it took was a single move from him to dispatch any obstacle in his path. The only reason it took so long to get to Slasher was because the guy had decided to hide instead of fighting to the death.

Kelvin had to locate his position and then pull him out from underneath the bed he was hiding. Then he dragged the guy through the chaos that his establishment had become and down the elevator.

Slasher was begging him through the process. When he didn't listen, the narco boss decided to fight back. He grabbed a pipe and used his ability on it.

The pipe became blurry as if it was being viewed through a faulty lens. Its edges and shape became indefinite. It turned from a solid object into a mirage. Then Slasher slashed him with the pipe.
