Above the distant skies, a series of rapid wind-breaking sounds arose. Soon, numerous small black dots appeared, swiftly transforming into many figures streaking through the air. The force generated by their speed left ripples like water scars across the lush forest below.

The overwhelming aura radiating from this vast group of powerful beings caused every magical beast in the mountains to tremble, whimpering in fear. Even some high-level beasts that possessed significant strength dared not make a sound; their budding intelligence warned them that this tremendous force could easily sweep through the entire range.

"We're nearing Di Yan City... no, it's now called Mo City after being taken over by Yuan Manor. Everyone, stay alert!"

As the figures sped across the skies, a cold voice echoed in everyone's ears.

"Alliance Leader, have we thoroughly investigated Yuan Manor's strength?" asked Fan Lao, the former Sect Leader of the Blood Sect, as he appeared among the flashing shadows.

"Yes, we have. Yuan Manor indeed has many powerful members. Apart from Mo Yu, who killed Gao Lie, they have around seven or eight Dou Wang fighters. Additionally, the hall master of Yuan Manor's Lion Hall, despite being a Dou Wang, has the strength to challenge a Dou Huang. Yan was defeated by this person and is still in an uncertain state."

Han Feng's gaze turned toward the mountains in the distance, a trace of chill passing through his eyes.

"Yuan Manor is already this strong? They've likely surpassed most first-class forces," Fan Lao murmured, frowning.

Before joining the Black Alliance, the Blood Sect had only one Dou Huang and three or four Dou Wang experts. Yuan Manor, however, was a newly risen force with so many powerful fighters, far surpassing some long-established sects.

"I can't quite figure it out," Han Feng replied, sneering. "Apart from the students from the Jia Nan Academy and some renowned experts from the Black-Corner Region, the rest of Yuan Manor's members seem to have appeared out of nowhere.

Mo Yu supposedly comes from a small, distant empire, so it's unlikely he's getting support from his family. And yet, he's managed to build a huge organization from scratch. Given enough time, he might actually carve out a name for himself in the Black-Corner Region."

"Haha, so Yuan Manor has many fighters, but most of them are Dou Wangs. We in the Black Alliance are all Dou Huangs, not to mention we have Gold and Silver Elders who, combined, possess strength on par with a Dou Zong." Yuan Yi, a two-star Dou Huang and former leader of the Eight Gate Sect, laughed confidently. "Us going to deal with Yuan Manor is like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut."

Besides Gold and Silver Elders and Han Feng himself, the Black Alliance also included Ban Lao, a seven-star Dou Huang, Fan Lao, a four-star Dou Huang, and Yuan Yi, a two-star Dou Huang. With such a force, wiping out a fledgling group like Yuan Manor was a task requiring no effort.

"Haha, you're right, but still, we should stay cautious. That kid is crafty. Best if we don't let any unexpected developments arise. Let's aim to end this quickly, before the Jia Nan Academy has time to react," Han Feng said with a cold smirk.

"Rest assured. Once we kill the boy, the rest of Yuan Manor's members won't be a concern." Gold and Silver Elders, standing to the side, nodded in agreement. Despite their own immense strength, they couldn't help but feel wary of Mo Yu's terrifying talent.

"Thank you for lending your strength, both of you," Han Feng said, clasping his hands toward them before turning his gaze into the distance. The mountain range gradually faded, and in the far distance, the outline of a city became increasingly clear.

"It's almost time..."

As he raised his head, a flash of killing intent appeared in his eyes, and his icy voice boomed, reaching everyone's ears.

"Everyone, Di Yan Sect was supposed to join our Black Alliance but was destroyed by Yuan Manor. Shouldn't we avenge this?"

"Revenge! Revenge! Revenge!" a chorus of furious shouts echoed across the sky, with everyone's aura surging. Under the force of this collective energy, even the clouds in the sky shattered into fine white specks, spreading across the horizon.

With a loud swoosh, the shadows darted across the sky like shooting stars, rushing toward the distant city in the Black-Corner Region, famed for its strength—Mo City!

The overwhelming aura from the Black Alliance's army was far from subtle. Even though they hadn't yet reached the city, their oppressive power had already enveloped Mo City entirely. In an instant, the once-bustling city fell silent as countless eyes turned toward the direction of the encroaching presence.

The recent Yuan Manor assault on Di Yan Sect had generated a similar aura, but now, an even more formidable force was approaching. Had Mo City suddenly become the center of all Black-Corner Region conflicts? Various factions seemed determined to make an appearance here.

"Who dares trespass upon Yuan Manor's territory?!"

Soon after the Black Alliance's aura had encircled Mo City, a large group of figures shot out from the majestic structures in the city's center, eventually suspending themselves in the sky. Leading the group was a man with a long scar across his face, holding a long, sharp sword. His cold voice, mixed with sword energy, rumbled through the sky like thunder.

As the figures materialized above, a buzz of discussion began in Mo City.

"It's Han Feng, the so-called 'Medicine Emperor.' What's he doing here? And it looks like he's not here for a friendly visit," someone murmured in shock.

"He's not 'Medicine Emperor' anymore. Recently, he fended off Jia Nan Academy and then gathered numerous top forces in the Black-Corner Region to establish the Black Alliance, with Han Feng as the Alliance Leader. We should now address him as 'Alliance Leader Han'!"

"Alliance Leader Han? Then what brings him here with so many powerful followers?"

"Apparently, Di Yan Sect was initially supposed to join the Black Alliance but was destroyed by Yuan Manor instead. The Black Alliance is probably here to settle the score with Yuan Manor."

As the new rulers of Mo City, Yuan Manor's reputation had soared recently. The Black-Corner Region was a land where strength commanded respect, and Yuan Manor's newfound power stemmed from its impressive victory over Di Yan Sect.

However, with the Black Alliance's arrival, some began to question Yuan Manor's fate, perhaps even taking some satisfaction in the anticipated clash.

Though the Black Alliance was younger than Yuan Manor, it had quickly risen to prominence among the Black-Corner Region's elite. Formed by a coalition of top forces and led by powerful figures like the Dou Zong-tier duo Gold and Silver Elders, along with a renowned sixth-tier alchemist, the Black Alliance possessed unmatched potential for domination.

In a face-off between Yuan Manor and the Black Alliance, it seemed unlikely that Yuan Manor would emerge unscathed.

"Oh? Is that Qiu Shui, the famed 'Death Sword'? I didn't expect he'd join Yuan Manor and even break through to Dou Wang," remarked Ban Lao, eyeing the sharp, determined figure of Qiu Shui.

Qiu Shui's reputation as the "Death Sword" had been well-known across the Black-Corner Region, with various factions vying for his allegiance. Yet now, he stood here, aligned with Yuan Manor.

"This is Yuan Manor's domain. I suggest you all leave immediately," Qiu Shui called, ignoring Ban Lao's question.

"Bring out your leader. You're not worthy of talking to me," Han Feng scoffed.

"Han Feng, I'm surprised you dared to step into Mo City. Didn't the Grand Elder's last lesson teach you enough? Or are you here looking for death?" a clear young voice suddenly echoed from the depths of the city, drawing everyone's attention as numerous figures appeared, confronting the Black Alliance head-on.

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"

In the distant sky, shadows rapidly streaked across, coming to a stop outside of Mo City, hovering in mid-air. A powerful and oppressive aura surged forth, blanketing the entire region.

"It's the Lord of Yuan Manor, Mo Yu! The hall masters and vice hall masters of Lion Hall, Wolf Hall, and Tiger Hall have also shown up. Looks like another big battle is coming," the crowd in Mo City below whispered excitedly as they observed the arrival of Yuan Manor's top figures.

Since Yuan Manor had moved its base to Mo City, people had come to understand its structure, including the hall masters and vice hall masters of each division. The more they learned, the more they realized the frightening power of Yuan Manor—this newly risen faction was now even stronger than some of the older forces.

Now, seeing the aggressive arrival of the Black Alliance and the tense, guarded expressions of the Yuan Manor leaders, the onlookers knew that a clash was inevitable.

Han Feng's eyes narrowed as he scanned over the gathered elites of Yuan Manor, finally landing on Mo Yu with a cold smile.

"Who would've thought a mere Inner Academy student would build such a powerful faction in the Black-Corner Region? Aren't you afraid that the higher-ups of Jia Nan Academy will find out and punish you?"

Han Feng suggested with a smirk, "Why don't you lead Yuan Manor and join my Black Alliance? Not only will we grant you the position of an elder, but we also won't restrict you. What do you think, Brother Mo Yu?"

"Heh, this is an internal matter of Jia Nan Academy. There's no need for you to worry about it. But Alliance Master Han, judging by your arrival today, it seems you're here with ill intentions," Mo Yu replied with a calm smile, unfazed by Han Feng's weak attempt at sowing discord.

Mo Yu was well aware that Han Feng would never sincerely invite him to join the Black Alliance, especially considering his well-known association with Xiao Yan. To Han Feng, who believed Xiao Yan to be dead, Mo Yu was an enemy.

Since they were sworn foes, Han Feng wouldn't feel comfortable having Mo Yu in the Black Alliance. His earlier remark was obviously an attempt to strain relations between Yuan Manor and Jia Nan Academy.

However, as Mo Yu's silver eyes flickered over to the renowned experts of the Black-Corner Region standing beside Han Feng, his gaze grew slightly cold.

This guy Han Feng actually brought almost all of the Black Alliance's fighting power. Looks like he's taking Yuan Manor seriously.

Thinking of this, Mo Yu couldn't help but chuckle to himself. Thankfully, he had prepared a few trump cards over the past couple of days. Otherwise, if they clashed with the Black Alliance without support from the academy, Yuan Manor would likely suffer severe losses, or even complete destruction.

"Hmph, refusing a toast only to drink a forfeit! The Di Yan Sect was about to join my Black Alliance, but you wiped them out. Since you're so ungrateful, I'll make sure to settle this on behalf of the Di Yan Sect today!" Han Feng said coldly, staring at Mo Yu.

"But since you're from Jia Nan Academy, I'll leave your body intact."

"Members of the Black Alliance, listen up!"

His gaze turned sharp as he waved his hand and shouted, "As the most powerful alliance in the Black-Corner Region, if we don't avenge the Di Yan Sect today, who else will dare to join us in the future?

So, go all out and make sure these killers of the Di Yan Sect face severe punishment!"

"Yes!"

Following Han Feng's order, the impatient leaders of the Black-Corner Region responded in unison. A fierce aura surged from each of them, their faces twisted with malicious grins as they eyed the Yuan Manor forces outside the city.

"Kid, you've brought misfortune upon yourself by offending the Black Alliance. Hope you learn your lesson in the next life."

Suddenly, a sneering voice sounded, and two figures, one gold and one silver, shot out like lightning from the sky. Their combined aura intertwined, gathering into a deadly attack above Mo Yu's head.

With claws gleaming in gold and silver, they tore through the air with a terrifying force, aiming straight for the crown of Mo Yu's head with deadly precision.

Seeing the ferocious attack of the Gold and Silver Elders directed at Mo Yu, the onlookers gasped in shock.

No one expected the infamous Gold and Silver Elders to ambush a younger opponent with such a ruthless move.

As the ghostly claws hurtled down, many spectators looked away, unwilling to witness the imminent bloodshed. But at that moment, they saw that the silver-eyed youth showed no sign of panic. Instead, a faintly amused smile appeared on his lips.

This sight made Han Feng's previously triumphant expression falter, and an uneasy feeling stirred within him.

In the next instant, a brilliant red flame suddenly erupted in front of Mo Yu, and a crimson figure emerged from the flames.

"Boom!"

The flames flared, and a fiery arm burst through the space, clashing forcefully with the golden-silver claws. A thunderous noise echoed as a powerful shockwave rippled out from the point of impact, spreading like a tidal wave and causing spider-web-like cracks to form on the ground below.

"Bang!"

The fiery arm and the golden-silver claws clashed and stalled for a moment. The Gold and Silver Elders were forced back, their bodies trembling as they took several rapid steps backward in mid-air before finally stabilizing themselves.

This unexpected turn left the entire crowd stunned. After witnessing the exchange, where even the Gold and Silver Elders couldn't withstand the force, a surge of shock rose from the depths of their hearts.

As the Gold and Silver Elders steadied themselves, they raised their heads to find a look of shock on their previously murderous faces. Their eyes fixed on the fiery figure, and one of them spoke in a grave tone, "Who are you? This is the Black Alliance's business, so please do not interfere!"

Under their watchful gazes, the flames gradually dissipated, revealing a figure as if sculpted from fire-forged obsidian. The figure stood tall like a small giant, with fiery red skin and hollow eyes that faintly flickered with flames. The most surprising part was that no one could sense its aura.

Seeing this familiar figure, the crowd in Mo City below rubbed their eyes in disbelief, mouths agape with shock.

"That's… the Fire Yao Puppet?"
