As Aaron stepped through the Senkaimon, he was greeted by a corridor bathed in radiant white light. With a calm gesture, he spread his hands, and the twin doors of the gate slid open effortlessly. The blinding light illuminated his face, but without hesitation, he strode forward and vanished into its brilliance.

The pathway within the Senkaimon differed from his last journey. This time, there was no uncertainty, no missteps—he knew he had successfully arrived at his destination. As he approached the end of the passage, the intense glow began to fade, revealing the outside world.

A hell butterfly flitted toward the diminishing light, its wings shimmering as it dissolved into countless blue motes of reishi. Shortly after, another set of doors slowly parted, revealing the late-night skyline of the World of the Living.

Floating high above Karakura Town, Aaron gazed at the starlit heavens, a faint smile gracing his lips. He had momentarily wondered if he might have arrived in the wrong location, but the familiar spiritual energy around him quickly reassured him.

"Karakura Town," he murmured to himself, recognizing the Reiatsu that permeated the air.

His thoughts drifted to the students he had once mentored. Some would have risen to great heights, while others likely faltered—such was the nature of those who sought power. Shaking his head slightly, he resolved to find a place to settle down first. With over a hundred years remaining before the events that would embroil this town began to unfold, he decided to savor the calm and simplicity of life.

Disappearing in a flash of Shunpo, Aaron soon reappeared outside a farm nestled in the mountains. The humble simplicity of the place made him smile. As he approached, however, the stillness of the night was broken by anguished cries emanating from within one of the farmhouses.

The sudden, piercing sound carried an eerie weight in the silence of the mountain forest. Approaching the house, Aaron sensed familiar spiritual pressures flickering and fading.

"Who's there?!"

A tall, burly figure burst through the door, his expression tense. Tessai Tsukabishi, clad in traditional robes, froze when he recognized the visitor. Taking a step back, shock flashed across his face.

"Teacher...?" Tessai stammered.

Aaron greeted him with a warm smile and a casual wave. "Long time no see, Tessai."

Realizing his lapse in decorum, Tessai immediately bowed deeply. "Apologies for my rudeness, Teacher! Please forgive me!"

Aaron chuckled softly and gestured for him to follow. "No need for such formality. Come inside."

The interior of the farmhouse was a stark contrast to its quaint exterior. The room was chaotic, with signs of a hurried operation. Three wooden cots lined one side of the room, each occupied by a figure restrained with blue reishi chains.

Lying unconscious were Sarugaki Hiyori, Yadōmaru Lisa, and Kuna Mashiro. Their faces were partially covered by a viscous, white substance that writhed as if alive.

The earlier cries had undoubtedly come from them.

In the center of the room, Hirako Shinji stood clutching the hilt of his Zanpakutō, his blond hair disheveled and his expression tense. The sight of Aaron caused his jaw to drop in astonishment. Nearby, Muguruma Kensei and several others wore similar expressions of disbelief. Even Urahara Kisuke, usually composed and mischievous, was visibly startled.

"Haha! It's been a while, everyone," Aaron greeted, a note of amusement in his voice.

The group quickly gathered and bowed in unison. "Teacher!"

"Relax," Aaron said with a wave of his hand. "I'm here to ask Kisuke for a favor. No need to stop your work."

Despite his reassurance, everyone remained stiff and on edge, as if awaiting judgment. Aaron sighed inwardly. Though he had once been their mentor, their exaggerated deference felt unnecessary.

Urahara stepped forward cautiously. "What can I assist you with, Teacher?"

"A Gigai," Aaron replied simply.

Relief swept through the room at the mundane request. Urahara quickly bowed and excused himself to prepare.

"Wait, Kisuke," Aaron added with a smirk. "I'll also need a black cloak, an invisibility cloth, and a Tengai Kūrin. Don't forget to bring those."

"Understood, Teacher!" Urahara nodded and left swiftly, his usual confidence tempered by a tinge of nervousness.

As Aaron settled into the room, he noticed the others exchanging glances, their expressions a mix of nostalgia and apprehension. He could guess what they were thinking. His teaching methods, though effective, had been anything but gentle.

Tessai, in particular, recalled the countless grueling Kidō sessions that had left him battered but stronger. Even now, the memory brought an involuntary shiver.

"Go on with your work," Aaron urged, breaking their reverie. "I won't get in the way."

Just as the group began to relax, multiple waves of Reiatsu surged toward the farmhouse, their ominous presence impossible to ignore.
