Ben, rubbed the sleep from his eyes as he stumbled down the stairs , the scent of pancakes and bacon wafted through the air, he made his way into the kitchen, where his mom was busy flipping pancakes on the griddle.

"Morning, Mom!" he called out, a smile spreading across his face as he approached her for a hug.

"Not now, Ben! I'm cooking!" she replied, playfully shooing him away with a spatula.

With an overly exaggerated resigned sigh, Ben plopped down on the couch in front of the TV, his mind still foggy from sleep. He flipped through the channels until he landed on a live interview with Majestia

As he watched, the screen suddenly flickered, and Majestia's expression shifted from cheerful to alarmed. She fliated into the air saying, " please evacuate the area something is coming, something fast " ,before taking off into the sky, her cape billowing behind her.

"It might just be hero time." Ben said, getting up.

Before he could leap into action, his mom's voice called from the kitchen. "Sit down, Ben! You haven't even eaten breakfast yet!"

"Right, breakfast," he mumbled, before walking over to the table reluctantly taking a seat.

His mind raced with thoughts of how he could use the impending chaos to his advantage 'maybe I should bring out the teleprter' he paused for a second 'nah it's still in testing'. The Ultralink invasion was happening sooner than expected, and he had a feeling it was all his fault, welll....'yeah it was my fault i made max unlock turbo energy like 6 months ago'

He glanced at the TV, where news anchors were frantically reporting on the explosion. he said, breaking the fourth wall for a moment. "For those that don't know what the Ultralink invasion is, let me explain."

The scene shifted, and we see a mini Ben suspended in a dark void infront of a white board with a white coat on, his voice echoing around him. "The Ultralink Invasion is an event that takes place at the end of Season 1 and becomes the main focus in Season 2. It centers around Makino's ships infiltrating a planet and releasing Ultralinks to link with objects, making Makino's army stronger to later absorb the planet with the dangerous Alphalink."

He continued, "Makino's army is commanded by a Megalink, which is an upgraded version of an Ultralink. The commander sends a massive attack of Ultralinks to link with everything in their path. Prior to the series' events, there were many Ultralink invasions happening on various planets, like Kaduonn, Ven-Ghan's home planet. Makino was responsible for destroying countless planets, leading many survivors to create a council to capture him and his Ultralinks."

Pausing for a sec the mini Ben takes a sip of water from who knows where

"Continuing on, you see

Sixteen years prior to the series' events, Makino released an attack on Takion. During that attack, an Ultralink named Steel saved the life of Ja'em Mk'rah, who would become Max's father in the future. They escaped from Takion shortly after the planet was fully absorbed by the Alphalink. The duo made their way to Earth, Makino's next target, and created N-Tek alongside three others to develop projects to stop Makino and his evil Ultralinks."

"There was then an invasion on Earth, which we fans call the first Ultralink invasion. N-Tek wasn't prepared for what was coming. There were too many soldiers(ultralink soldiers), and they were at a disadvantage until Jim and Steel showed up and defeated the whole army. Some Ultralinks managed to escape, like the Elementors( fucking rats). After that, Makino didn't attack Earth for sixteen years—at least, originally."

The void faded, and Ben was back in his living room, the sounds of the news still blaring in the background. He took a deep breath, He paused, glancing at the clock. "But here I am, and Max is only fourteen. The invasion is happening now, and I've got to find him and get the Omnitrix. There's something I need to check with the Ultralinks."

Ben frowned, realizing an oddity to the situation. " Max hasn't been attacked by anything yet not that i want him to be but its weird hold on the fact that it's two years earlier would meab most of the connections Dread would have later haven't happened yet." He shrugged, palming his fist in his hand.

He grabbed a piece of toast, munching on it as he asked his mom, "When will the food be ready?"

"Just a few more minutes, Ben! You're always in such a rush!" she replied, her voice filled with warmth.

Setting his watch to alarm for 26 minutes, "I hace to go mom ill be back soon!" With a quick goodbye to his mom kissing her on the cheek, he dashed out of the house

He could vaguely hear his mom say be careful.
