A Certain Chaotic Wild Horse

Tokiwadai Middle School is an elite all-girls school where there are three or five Espers attending Tokiwadai. Misaka Mikoto, Misaki Shokuhou and finally Esper Level five number eight Mitsuari Ayu who had just become a level five Esper.

Besides three level five espers, Tokiwadai also has the most number of level four espers compared to other schools.

Because of that, Tokiwadai has strict requirements where only level three Espers can become students at that school.

Currently Yukina Himeragi, has just returned to her room at the Tokiwadai Dormitory. She who was currently lying on her bed, felt exhausted after the long journey by ship (being packed).

Yukina couldn't close her eyes at all, because she was confused by what happened after she was defeated by Panzer Magier. Because when she and Sayaka woke up, suddenly the two of them were already on a big wooden box complete with all the things they had brought to the cloud island.

Yukina looked at Sayaka, then sighed with a smile. Yukina was happy because she finally got a roommate, especially because the roommate she got was a senior in the lion king organization. The two of them also became roommates when both of them were still undergoing training as exorcists at the organization so now she no longer feels lonely at the Tokiwadai dormitory thanks to Sayaka's presence.

Sayaka Kirasaka, who is currently a third year transfer student at Tokiwadai, is fast asleep right on the second bed in Yukina's room. Originally the lion king organization only wanted Yukina to become the overseer of the fourth ancestor. But because while Yukina was a student at Tokiwadai she had almost no chance at all to do her job well. And so the Lion King Organization decided to send Sayaka Kirasaka as aid for Yukina. How Sayaka who isn't esper can became a student at Tokiwadai, Yukina didn't want to know. Because all she care was a good roommate.

Outside the Tokiwadai dormitory, Misaka Mikoto is not wearing the Tokiwadai uniform because she no longer lives in the Tokiwadai dorm.

"Misaka Mikoto-san what are you doing wearing casual clothes right in front of the Tokiwadai dormitory! Did you forget about the dormitory rule that prohibits dormitory residents from wearing casual clothes in the dormitory area!"

The very fierce head of the Tokiwadai dorm. Dislikes Mikoto's appearance which she thinks violates the rules. So she decided to scold Mikoto so that Mikoto would not dare to violate Tokiwadai dormitory anymore. But what the head of the dormitory didn't realize was that she really didn't remember that Mikoto was no longer living in the Tokiwadai dorm.

Her anger and madness in enforcing the rules made her forget about it.

Mikoto really wanted to tell the head of the dormitory that she was no longer living in the Tokiwadai dormitory. But the fear she has of the head of the dorm makes her unable to do anything.

"Madam, have you forgotten that Misaka-san is no longer living in the Tokiwadai dormitory, so the dormitory rules no longer apply to her?"

"Tsuchimikado Maika, one of the maid candidates working at the Tokiwadai dormitory, suddenly interrupted the head of the dormitory who was scolding Mikoto. And the head of the hostel, who didn't like to be disturbed when she was scolding someone, did something that was a bit scary and unreasonable. The head of the dorm turned her head one hundred and eighty degrees towards Maika who was right behind her.

Maika, who was also afraid of the head of the dormitory, was rendered silent and helpless.

Because in the eyes of the current head of the hostel ahe looks very scary because her current appearance is like a scary ghost that just came out of a horror movie.

"What Maika-san just said, wasn't a lie you know, dorm head. Because Misaka Mikoto's move from the Tokiwadai dormitory had been approved by the school's higher ups at the request of Hiko Seijuro XIII, one of the people with the highest authority in Academy City.

The head of the dormitory whose direction of head had returned to normal was still stubborn and didn't want to believe Touma's words.

"And you're an outsider! Don't you dare try to use Hiko Seijuro-Sama's name! Who are you! To the point where you dare to use his name!"

Touma sighed, when he saw the stubbornness shown by the head of the house.

He thought maybe he should use another way so that the head of the dormitory could understand what he was saying.

"Ma-Madam, the man you call an outsider is the biological grandson of Hiko Seijuro, Kamijou Touma. I-I think it's only natural for him to use his grandfather's name," Mikoto said nervously.

"A-and then I haven't stayed at Tokiwadai Dormitory for over two weeks, haven't you noticed. E-even though you signed the document about me moving to Yuragi Sou yourself, to the point that you cried blood and shouted that Tokiwadai Dormitory would lose its reputation because I no longer live in Tokiwadai, you even begged me not to move out."

Hearing Mikoto's words, the head of the dormitory was left gaping. She knew that Mikoto had never lied to her at all. And because of Mikoto's words, the head of the dorm finally remembered that Mikoto was no longer living in the Tokiwadai dormitory.

And she was confused as to why she could forget such an important thing. And was only able to remember after Mikoto said that to her.
