Lu Ping closed the nuclear island door,his mind filled with questions!

There was no response on the walkie-talkie,and his phone had no signal.He could only try to find an emergency phone and get in touch with the relevant departments.

Fortunately,there were many emergency phones.

There was one right by the staircase where Lu Ping had come out.He picked up the phone and first dialed the emergency number ending in 110!

Beep beep beep

No one answered!

Lu Ping then tried the fire department,but still no one picked up!

The elevator reached the third floor,and Lu Ping rushed down the corridor,pushing open the door to the control room.

The control room was empty,not a single person in sight.

Only rows of monitors were still on,and a large screen on the wall,covering several square meters,displayed the parameters of the entire nuclear system.

Everything was ready,just waiting to be activated!Unfortunately,there was no one around!

Lu Ping slid down the door frame and sat on the floor,burying his head deeply into his crotch,his mind going completely blank,unsure of what to do next!

They all showed groups of frenzied people,chasing and tearing at each other!

Lu Ping went to the shift supervisor's workstation and pressed the switch for the system-wide broadcast!

"This is the control room.The nuclear island is temporarily safe for now.I will open the blast door in five minutes.If there are any survivors,please come here as quickly as possible!"

This zombie twisted its bloodied neck,let out a roar,and staggered towards the woman.

The worker zombie with a rotten neck was gradually approaching the secretary.He tilted his head,stretched out his hands,and made a terrifying grinding noise with his teeth.

The secretary,dressed in a business suit with a short skirt,was restricted in her movements and couldn't get up for a moment.She looked at the approaching zombie with a desperate expression.

He swung the axe in an arc through the air and struck the zombie's head precisely.

Lu Ping pulled hard a few times,but the axe was stuck in the skull and couldn't be pulled out for a moment.He had no choice but to kick the zombie down and grab the secretary's arm to run.

There were many zombies behind them,but fortunately,they couldn't catch up for the time being.The two of them successfully entered the nuclear island.

"Where is everyone else?"
